بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
"إن ينصركم الله فلا غالب لكم"
يا جماهير شعبنا وأمتنا .. يا كل أحرار العالم ...
يستمر قادة العدو السياسيون والعسكريون في توجيه التهديدات للمقاومة وقيادتها وشعبها، وهم الذين اعتادوا على القتل والدمار، واعتقدوا بأن جيشهم لا يقهر، وأن طائراتهم ودباباتهم وقواتهم الخاصة قادرة على فعل ما يريدون..
قادة العدو، ورغم ما كان من اندحار جيشهم، وبعد كشف زيف وأكذوبة (الجولاني والجفعاتي والمظليين والنحال) أمام بطولات رجالات المقاومة ومجاهدي القسام، يظنون أن بإمكانهم الاستمرار في الخداع، ولعب نفس الدور بالتهديد بالقوة، والضرب بكل أعراف الكون عرض الحائط، وهم قد أدركوا حقيقة ما تعرض له جيشهم من موت، ورعب، وإصابات، وقد سحبوا جيشهم الذي نعرف حقيقته جيداً، وقد أدركوا أن كلّ توسيع للعملية البرية في قطاعنا البطل: هو بمثابة غرق أكثر في بحر من الرمال المتحركة، وأن أي قرار بعملية برية كبيرة سيعني بالتأكيد: دمار جيشهم بين قتيل، وجريح، وأسير، ومرعوب، وأن سلاح مدرعاتهم سيصبح أضحوكة العالم أجمع.
وإننا في "كتائب الشهيد عز الدين القسام" خاصة، وفي "فصائل المقاومة الفلسطينية" عامة، قد أعطينا القيادة السياسية لفصائلنا وشعبنا المجال للمفاوضات ، لتحقيق شروط شعبنا، التي تمثل الحد الأدنى من تطلعاته في الحياة الكريمة، وألا، يظل أطفالنا تحت رحمة الاحتلال وحصاره، وأمام ذلك، فإننا نؤكد على مايلي:
أولاً: إننا جاهزون للانطلاق في المعركة من جديد، وإننا سنضع الاحتلال أمام خيارات، كلها صعبة عليه، فإما أن ندخله في حرب استنزاف طويلة، نشل فيها الحياة في مدنه الكبرى، ونعطل فيها الحركة في "مطار بن جوريون" على مدار أشهر طويلة، ونكبده دماراً كبيراً في اقتصاده، أو أن نستدرجه إلى الحرب البرية الواسعة: حيث سنجعلها نهاية جيشه المهزوم، ونلحق به آلاف القتلى، وعشرات آلاف الجرحى، والمهلوعين، ومئات الأسرى، وسنجعل من أسطورة دبابات "الميركافاه" أضحوكة الكون بإذن الله.
ومقاومتنا، ومن ورائها شعبنا، جاهزة لدفع الثمن" ولكسر جيش المحتلين، والبدء في مرحلة حرب التحرير.
ثانياً: إننا لن نقبل أن تنتهي هذه المعركة، دون وقف حقيقي للعدوان، وبكل أشكاله، وإنهاء حقيقي للحصار، والتعبير الأوضح لذلك هو: إنشاء الميناء، وكل ما سوى ذلك هو خداع، والتفاف على تضحيات ودماء وشهداء شعبنا العظيم.
ثالثاً: نحن نعتقد جازمين، أن مطالبنا لا تحتاج إلى مفاوضات، فهي حقوق إنسانية أساسية، تكفلها كل قوانين وأعراف الكون، لذلك نهيب بالوفد الفلسطيني المفوض ، أن لا يمدد وقف إطلاق النار إلا، بعد الموافقة المبدئية على مطالب شعبنا، وعلى رأسها الميناء، فإذا حصلت الموافقة، فيمكن التمديد للتفاوض حول التفاصيل، وإن لم تتم الموافقة، فإننا نطالب الوفد بالانسحاب من المفاوضات ، وإنهاء هذه الألعوبة، ونؤكد أن المقاومة قادرة بعون الله، وقوته، على فرض شروط شعبنا.
والله أكبر والنصر لمقاومتنا
