• قال موقع ديلي بيست الأمريكي في تحقيق مطول له، إن مقاتلي حزب الله ما عادوا يرغبون في التضحية بحياتهم من أجل حرب دامية لا تنتهي في سوريا، ونتيجة لتقاعسهم عن القتال، فإن الحزب قطع عنهم الموارد المالية مثل الرواتب والنفقات والمساعدات العائلية الدائمة، وينقل دايلي بيست عن مقاتل رفض ذكر اسمه الحقيقي نظراً لتجارته غير القانونية ومخاوفه من إيغار صدور رؤسائه بتصريحاته للموقع الأميركي الذي أطلق عليه اسم (عماد)، قوله إنه قرر العدول عن القتال بعدما فقد الأمل في الحرب السورية قبل 6 أشهر، وكان دايلي بيست تحدث إلى (عماد) الذي يعيش في مزرعة ريفية صغيرة في سهل البقاع محاطاً بحقول الحشيش التي يزرعها، في أبريل/نيسان 2015، حين كان ماضياً في دعمه للأسد وقواته، تحدوه رغبة عارمة في الثأر من الجهاديين الذين أعدموا أحد أقربائه في الجيش اللبناني، والذي أُسِرَ في قرية عرسال اللبنانية، أما الآن فلا تزال رغبته في الثأر حية، لكنه سئم الحرب ونفد صبره من قوات الجيش النظامي، وعزا (عماد) رفضه العودة إلى صفوف القتال بقوله: إننا عندما نسيطر على قرية ونسلمها لعهدة الجيش النظامي لا يلبث إلا ويخسرها، وعلى حد قوله، فإن حزب الله يتعرض لضغط متزايد منذ الصيف نظراً لتزايد الإصابات واحتياجات النظام.


• نطالع في صحيفة الغارديان البريطانية مقالاً لناتاشا والتر بعنوان "التعاطف الفردي مع أزمة اللاجئين لا يكفي وحده لحلها"، وقالت كاتبة المقال إنها معجبة بأولئك الأشخاص الذين يجلبون السترات الصوفية والخيام إلى مدينة كاليه التي تقع على الحدود الفرنسية - البريطانية ، إلا أن جميع هذه الجهود يجب أن يساندها تجاوب سياسي، وأضافت أنه مهما كان المرء متحاملاً على هذا العالم المظلم الذي نعيش فيه، فإن رؤيتنا لأشخاص يظهرون مشاعر الحب لمن يحتاج إليه، لا بد أن يكون شيئاً يدفع إلى الاحتفاء بذلك، وأشارت كاتبة المقال إلى الكم الكبير من المتطوعين الذين يحرصون على التواجد على كل نقطة حدودية وفي كل مخيمات اللاجئين، فضلاً عن أولئك الذين يتبرعون بأموالهم في سبيل تأمين مستقبل أفضل للاجئين، ومنهم الطفلة البريطانية التي تبلغ من العمر 11 عاماً ، خير دليل على ذلك، إذ تبرعت بجميع هدايا عيد ميلادها إلى منظمة تعني بشؤون اللاجئين، وأعطت الكاتبة مثالاً عن الحس التطوعي لحوالي أكثر من 70 سيدة يأتين كل أسبوع، ويجلبن معهن طعام الغداء للاجئين، ورأت أن التعاطف مع اللاجئين ليس كافياً لحل أزمتهم بل يجب العمل على ايجاد نظام شفاف يكون عادلاً في اختيار اللاجئين واعطائهم حق العيش في بريطانيا.

• نطالع في صحيفة الحياة اللندنية مقالا لوليد شقير تحت عنوان "ترتيب أوراق التسوية السورية .. بالسكين"، رأى فيه أنه إذا كان قرار مجلس الأمن الأخير رسم أفقاً للحل السياسي في سورية، فإن محاولة ترتيب أوراق هذا الحل تطلبت غداة صدوره المزيدَ من العنف والقتل والمجازر، موضحا أن كل نقطة من نقاط القرار تخضع لخلاف بين القوى الدولية والإقليمية على آلية تطبيقها، وبين الكاتب أن البند المتعلق بتحديد وفد المعارضة الذي سيتولى الذهاب إلى المفاوضات والبند المختص بتحديد المنظمات الإرهابية التي لا يشملها وقف النار المزمع إعلانه في تلك المفاوضات مع النظام، أظهر أن الأمر يحتاج إلى اغتيال قائد جيش الإسلام زهران علوش بغارة روسية على مقر قيادته، مبرزا أن مؤتمر الرياض لتوحيد قوى المعارضة، برهن أن موسكو ومعها إيران ونظام بشار الأسد غير راضين على الوفد الذي تشكل في هذا المؤتمر، وشدد كاتب المقال على أنه إذا كان السعي الدولي من أجل التسوية في سورية أخذ زخمه من التدخل الروسي فيها في النصف الثاني من 2015، لأن موسكو تنوي تثمير ما عدلته في ميزان القوى الميداني بعد أن كاد نظام بشار الأسد يتهاوى، فإن 2016 سيظل يشهد محاولات تصحيح هذا الميزان من فريقي الصراع الدائر في بلاد الشام وعليها، بالتوازي مع مساعي الحل السياسي، منوها إلى أن ذلك يعني أننا سنشهد محطات يبدو فيها أن جهود الحل تتقدم، ومحطات أخرى تنبئنا بأن السكين ستعمل في الخرائط والبشر لإخضاع التفاوض لمنطق الميدان.


• في صحيفة العربي الجديد نقرأ مقالا لبشير البكر بعنوان "الزبداني...بروفة فرز طائفي"، اعتبر فيه أن عملية نقل مواطنين سوريين من الزبداني إلى تركيا عبر لبنان، وآخرين من قريتي كفريا والفوعا في ريف إدلب إلى دمشق عبر تركيا، تشكر واحداً من أكثر الأحداث قسوة خلال السنوات الأربع الأخيرة من عمر الثورة السورية، مبرزا أن لحظات مبادلة سوريين بسوريين آخرين، تحت رعاية الأمم المتحدة، خلفت جرحا يتجاوز تعقيدات الخارطة الجغرافية الراهنة، ويحفر عميقاً في الأرض والوجدان واللحمة الوطنية، ورأى الكاتب أنه لا يمكن، رؤية مبادلة نحو 500 مواطن سوري في الاتجاهين إلا كبروفة للمخطط الذي جرى الاصطلاح عليه بـ "سورية المفيدة" التي تشمل الساحل وحمص ودمشق، وحتى الحدود السورية اللبنانية، وأشار إلى أن الجانب الرمزي يلعب، هنا، دوراً في إعطاء العملية بعداً مختلفاً عن عمليات التبادل السابقة التي حصلت بين الأطراف المتحاربة على الأرض، مشددا على أن أن الإيرانيين يتحملون المسؤولية السياسية والأخلاقية عن تدمير آخر الأواصر بين السوريين، وأكد الكاتب أن الكلمة العليا في سورية باتت لإيران، ولم يعد بشار الأسد إلا واجهة رسمية لا أكثر، موضحا أن الزبداني اليوم يريدها الإيرانيون أن تكون سورية الغد، وربما لن يفيق السوريون، قبل أن يعمم قاسم سليماني الفرز الطائفي على بقية المناطق السورية.


• كشفت صحيفة الشرق الأوسط أن «الهيئة العليا للتفاوض»، المنبثقة عن مؤتمر الرياض للمعارضة السورية، تستعد للدخول في «اجتماع مفتوح» في العاصمة السعودية، ابتداء من بعد غد الأحد، إلى 21 يناير (كانون الثاني) الحالي، أي قبل أربعة أيام من المفاوضات المرتقبة مع وفد النظام، وبحسب ما علمت الشرق الأوسط من المتحدث الرسمي باسم الهيئة منذر ماخوس، فإنه من المقرر أن تعقد الهيئة اجتماًعا أوليًا بعد غد الأحد، ثم تجتمع في اليوم التالي مع المبعوث الأممي إلى سوريا ستيفان دي ميستورا في الرياض، ثم تواصل مشاوراتها الهادفة إلى التحضير لعملية التفاوض مع النظام وجًها لوجه، والمنتظر أن تبدأ في جنيف في 25 يناير الحالي، ووفقا للصحيفة فإنه من المعتقد أن دي ميستورا سيحمل إلى «الهيئة العليا للتفاوض»، خلال اجتماعه معها الاثنين المقبل، رسالة روسية تتضمن اقتراًحا بإضافة أسماء جديدة إلى وفد المعارضة المفاوض، وهو اقتراح أكدت الهيئة مسبقًا رفضه، لأنها سيدة نفسها، وهي وحدها التي تشّكل وفدها إلى المفاوضات.

* الانبار: عدد ضحايا الفلوجة منذ بداية الاحداث تجاوز 9 الاف شخص
اكدت مصادر طبية في مستشفى الفلوجة العام، اليوم الخميس، ان اعداد الضحايا في مدينة الفلوجة بمحافظة الانبار ومنذ بداية الاحداث المتمثلة بالقصف الحكومي الانتقامي العشوائي على المدينة والمعارك الدائرة فيها الى اكثر من تسعة الاف شخص... وذكر مراسل يقين نقلا عن المصادر قولها "ان الحصيلة الكلية للجرحى منذ بداية الاحداث في الفلوجة بمحافظة الانبار، وحتى الان بلغ (5641) جريحا بينهم (725) امرأة و(855) طفل، مضيفة ان حصيلة القتلى منذ بداية الاحداث وحتى الان بلغ (3424 ) قتيلا، بينهم (315) امرأة و(501) طفل"... واوضح مراسل الوكالة نقلا عن المصادر "ان حصيلة عام 2015 بلغت (2143) جريحا بينهم (386) امرأة و(413) طفل، اما عدد القتلى فقد بلغ (1461) قتيلا بينهم (165) امرأة و(201) طفل، مؤكداان هذه الحصيلة هي فقط المسجلة في سجلات إحصاء مستشفى الفلوجة التعليمي من الذين وصلوا للمستشفى وتم الكشف عليهم من قبل الكادر الطبي للمستشفى، مبينة ان مستشفى الفلوجة العام تعرض 41 مرة لقصف بقذائف الهاون ماالحق بها اضرارا مادية كبيرة"... وبين مراسل الوكالة ايضا "ان المستشفى الآن في وضع مأساوي جداً بسبب عدم وصول الأدوية والمساعدات الطبية لها وعدم تواجد الأطباء فيها والحصار التام المفروض على المدينة من جميع الجهات، اما الوضع الصحي داخل المدينة في اسوء حالاته".

* اهمال حكومي: انقطاع للكهرباء في ذي قار بسبب الامطار
أعترفت مديرية توزيع كهرباء ذي قار الحكومية، اليوم الخميس، بتضرر عدد كبير من الخطوط الناقلة للطاقة الكهربائية، وانقطاعها عن احياء سكنية في مدينة الناصرية مركز المحافظة، بسبب الامطار التي تشهدها المدينة، على مدار يومين، ونتيجة لعدم اجراء عمليات الصيانة المطلوبة بسبب الاهمال الحكومي المتعمد لجميع النواحي الخدمية في العراق... وقال مدير العلاقات والاعلام في المديرية "حسام معلة" في تضريح صحفي "ان موجة الامطار تسببت بخروج 11 خطا ناقلا سعة (11 كي في)، فضلا عن خط مغذي سعة (33 كي في) في محطة الامام علي الكهربائية عن العمل"... واوضح معلة "ان خروج هذه المغذيات بسبب الامطار، ادى الى انقطاع الكهرباء عن احياء سومر، واريدو، والادارة المحلية، ومربع المدينة القديم، والثورة، والمنصورية، والمهيدية".

* منظمات: اليونيسف تحذر من ضياع جيل عراقي كامل بسبب افتقار المدارس والرعاية
حذرت منظمة الأمم المتحدة للطفولة (اليونيسف UNICEF)، اليوم الخميس، من مخاطر ضياع جيل كامل في العراق، من جراء افتقاره للتربية والرعاية الصحية والحماية، وفي حين بينت أن قرابة خمسة ملايين طفل عراقي يعانون إما من كونهم خارج المدرسة أو تعرضت حياتهم الدراسية للعرقلة والانقطاع بسبب الحروب... وقال ممثل اليونيسف في العراق، "بيتر هاوكنز"، في تصريحات صحفية نشرتها وكالة اخبارية إن "أكثر من مليوني طفل عراق خارج المدرسة حالياً، وقرابة ثلاثة ملايين آخرين تعرضت حياتهم الدراسية للعرقلة والانقطاع بسبب الحرب، مشيراً إلى أن بين كل خمس مدارس في العراق هناك واحدة مهدمة أو متضررة أو تستخدم لأغراض غير الدراسة"... وأضاف هاوكنز، أن "صفوف المدارس التي ما تزال قيد الاستخدام غالبا ما تكون مكتظة أكثر من استيعابها بالتلاميذ، الذين يتم تدريسهم على دفعات من خلال الدوام المزدوج، محذراً من مخاطر ضياع جيل كامل في العراق من جراء افتقاره للتربية والرعاية الصحية والحماية"... وأوضح ممثل منظمة الأمم المتحدة للطفولة، أن "المدارس والعيادات الصحية ومنشآت تحلية المياه وأمور أخرى في العراق، جميعها تشهد تدهوراً كبيراً ما يجعل من حياة الأطفال أكثر صعوبة، وتابع أن الجانب الغذائي أصبح يشكل معضلة أيضاً"... يذكر أن الفساد المالي والاداري وعدم الكفاءة، فاقم من معاناة العراقيين وأدى إلى تردي الخدمات المقدمة لهم، ومنها الصحية والتعليمية، مادعا لظهور حراك شعبي واسع النطاق للمطالبة بالإصلاح ومحاسبة الفاسدين.

تجددت المواجهات المسلحة منذ صباح يوم الجمعة وحتى المساء بين المليشيات الحوثيه وقوات صالح من طرف والمقاومة الشعبية ووحدة من اللواء الثالث حزم من طرف أخر.



ويأتي تجدد المواجهات عقب لوصول عربات ودبابات من اللواء الثالث حزم إلى منطقة الشقيرا عاصمة مديرية الوازعية لغرض تعزيز الخطوط الهجومية والتقدم شمالاً بُغية إبعاد خطر القصف العشوائي للقرى والذي تلجا إليه المليشيات في إي مواجهة تخسرها.

وفي اتصال هاتفي أجرته عدن الغد العقيد حسن الأغبري قائد الحملة العسكرية هناك قال :" لقد تمكنا في مساء هذا اليوم من السيطرة على موقع جبل الراجلة شمالاً الذي كانت تستخدمه المليشيات الحوثية لقصف قرى الوازعيه جاء ذلك بعد اشتباكات عنيفة اُستخدمت فيها الدبابات والمدفعية لكسر الخطوط الدفاعية للعدو وتمكنا بفضل الله من إجبار العدو إلى التراجع إلى الخلف بعد تكبدهم خسائر في العتاد والأرواح..



الجدير بالذكر ان محاولات الحوثيين مستمرة وبشكل يومي لإستعادة مديرة الوازعيه بعد ان تم طردهم منها منذ مايقارب 45يوماً..
