De violents affrontements entre la réglementation de l'État et les forces de Assad ont eu lieu dans la ville de Deir Ezzor après avoir ciblé la réglementation des sites les forces d'Assad dans timide de l'industrie et de Rusafa b 3 voitures piégées et a coïncidé avec la mise en place de l'artillerie Assad pour répondre à bombarder les maisons des civils, comme cela a été de violents affrontements sur les murs de l'aéroport militaire Diralzor entre les deux parties, et sont tombés En raison de ces batailles de nombreux morts et blessés parmi les parties, a lancé l'aviation frappes aériennes sur le village de Hosseinieh et la zone autour de l'aéroport militaire et à plusieurs quartiers de la ville de Deir Ezzor en particulier du quartier Hamidiya dans lequel un certain nombre de martyrs et de blessés civils est tombé, ce qui a touché des points affrontements ont subi des tirs d'artillerie et de roquettes.

اعتمد مجلس حقوق الإنسان بالأمم المتحدة في جنيف، أمس، وبالإجماع، القرار العربي المقدم من المملكة العربية السعودية نيابة عن المجموعة العربية، حول الدعم التقني وبناء القدرات في حقوق الإنسان في اليمن.
وأكد القرار الصادر ترحيبه بلجنة التحقيق الوطنية المستقلة في اليمن، وقرار الرئيس اليمني عبد ربه منصور هادي، الخاص بتعيين أعضاء اللجنة للتحقيق في جميع حالات الانتهاكات في السابق، ومنذ سبتمبر 2014.
وطالب قرار مجلس حقوق الإنسان جميع الأطراف في اليمن بالتنفيذ الكامل لقرار مجلس الأمن 2216، ووضع مطالب خاصة على ميليشيات الحوثيين والموالين لهم من اتباع الرئيس المخلوع صالح وفي مقدمتها إطلاق سراح السجناء السياسيين والصحافيين، والانخراط في العملية السياسية.
كما طالب القرار الميليشيات الحوثية بوضع حد فوري لتجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم وإطلاق سراح من سبق تجنيدهم منهم.
وأعرب القرار الأممي الجديد عن قلقه العميق تجاه الانتهاكات الخطيرة وانتهاكات القانون الدولي الإنساني والقانون الدولي في اليمن، وقيام الحوثيين وأتباع صالح باستخدام القوة المسلحة ضد الحكومة اليمنية، لأجل تحقيق أهداف سياسية، كما ندد بانتهاكاتهم في خطف النشطاء السياسيين واعتقال الصحافيين وقتل المدنيين وإعاقة وصول المساعدات الإنسانية إلى المحتاجين والمتضررين وقطع الخدمات الأساسية.
ونوّه القرار الصادر عن مجلس حقوق الإنسان في جنيف، أمس، بترحيبه بقبول الأحزاب السياسية اليمنية بإتمام عملية الانتقال السياسي على اسس مبادرة مجلس التعاون الخليجي ومخرجات الحوار الوطني.
كما رحّب القرار بنتائج اجتماع الأحزاب اليمنية في الرياض في مايو الماضي، لإيجاد حل سياسي للصراع في اليمن.
في السياق ذاته، وبينما أعرب القرار عن القلق من الوضع الإنساني في اليمن، فقد حث الجهات المانحة على تقديم التمويل اللازم لخطة الاستجابة الإنسانية لليمن للعام الجاري، للوفاء باحتياجات المتضررين في اليمن.
