By the end of Wednesday, LCC were able to document 54 martyrs in Syria including 5 children, 3 women and 1 martyr under torture:
Idlib : 16 martyrs; 15 in Damascus and its Suburbs; 12 in Aleppo; 7 in Hasakeh; 2 in Hama; 1 in Daraa and 1 in Homs.

• أحيا الائتلاف السوري لقوى الثورة والمعارضة، ملف الأموال المنهوبة، بعد سنوات من عدم الاكتراث من جانب أغلب الدول المستضيفة لأموال الأسد ونظامه، بشأن مطالب المعارضة باستعادة الأموال إلى الشعب السوري، وقال أمين سر الهيئة السياسية للائتلاف الدكتور رياض الحسن: أدرجنا ملف استعادة الأموال المنهوبة ضمن اجتماعات الهيئة السياسية خلال اجتماعاتها هذا الأسبوع، لمطالبة الدول العربية باستلام الأرصدة المالية المجمدة لحكومة الأسد، وأضاف الحسن في تصريحات هاتفية لـ "العربي الجديد"، أن اللجنة القانونية للائتلاف ستخاطب كلاً من السعودية، الكويت، البحرين، الإمارات، قطر والأردن لدعمها في هذا الطلب، وذلك استناداً لقرار الجامعة العربية رقم (7442) الصادر في 27 نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني 2011، والذي نصت الفقرة الرابعة منه على تجميد الأرصدة المالية للحكومة السورية، إضافة لقرار الجامعة رقم (7595) الصادر في السادس من مارس/آذار 2013، والذي نص في الفقرة الأولى منه على التأكيد على اعتبار الائتلاف الوطني السوري الممثل الشرعي الوحيد للشعب السوري، والمحاور الأساسي مع جامعة الدول العربية، وكان الائتلاف السوري المعارض قد شكل عام 2012، لجنة برئاسة هيثم المالح، لمتابعة استرداد الأموال المنهوبة، بعد قرار الجامعة العربية تجميد أرصدة حكومة الأسد، وقال عضو اللجنة، هشام مرة لـ "العربي الجديد": إن اللجنة توصلت لمسودة اتفاقات، ولكن لم تتوصل لاتفاقات حقيقية تضمن استرجاع الأموال، وما زال هذا الملف ضمن عمل اللجان القانونية، سواء بالائتلاف أو الحكومة المؤقتة، وكانت تقارير دولية قد أشارت إلى أن ثروة الأسد تتراوح بين 35- 40 مليار دولار، فضلا عن الأموال المنهوبة بأسماء مقربين، بما يصل إلى حجم الثروة الفعلية لحدود 122 مليار دولار، وفق بعض التقديرات.


• قدر نقيب أصحاب الشاحنات محمد الداوود خسائر 150 شاحنة سورية ولبنانية متوقفة على معبر جابر الحدودي بانتظار دخول الأراضي السورية منذ أسبوعين بنحو مليوني دينار، خاصة المحملة منها بالبضائع سريعة العطب كالخضار والفواكه، مطالبا الحكومة الأردنية بالسماح بعبور هذه الشاحنات للحد من خسائر سائقيها الذين تواصلوا مع النقابة مرات عدة بهذا الخصوص، وكانت شاحنات محملة بالبضائع تكدست في ساحات مركز حدود جابر بين الأردن وسورية، بعد إغلاق الأردن للمركز مؤقتا مطلع الشهر الحالي، جراء كثافة القصف بالقرب من المركز الحدودي، حيث تعرضت هذه الحمولات للتلف وفق سائقين قالوا إنهم بانتظار السماح لهم بعبور الحدود، سيما أن بعضها محمل بالخضار والفواكه، وقال أحد السائقين لصحيفة "الغد" الأردنية وهو طارق السهوي والذي يقف على الحدود الأردنية السورية منذ أسبوعين بانتظار السماح له بدخول الأراضي السورية، إنه ينقل بضائع من الخليج إلى سورية، بيد أنه تفاجأ بإغلاق الحدود ويخشى من تلف الحمولة، مناشدا الحكومة الأردنية إيجاد حل سريع لهم يضمن إعادة عبورهم، وقال سائق لبناني طلب عدم نشر اسمه ان حمولة شاحنته تعرضت للتلف، مشيرا إلى أنه خلال أول أربعة أيام من إغلاق الحدود كان يبقى على شاحنته مشغلة من أجل إبقاء التكييف، في محاوله للحفاظ على صلاحية حمولته أطول فترة ممكنة، غير أنه لم يستطع أكثر من ذلك مما عرض حمولته للتلف، وطالب الجهات المختصة بالسماح له بمغادرة البلاد، أو العمل على فتح معبر آخر، خصوصا أن الحدود الأردنية السورية طويلة وتساعد على ذلك.


• في أحدث إجراءاته للتدخل في سوق صرف القطع الأجنبي، أعلن "مصرف سوريا المركزي" عن رفع سقف تمويل إجازات الاستيراد عبر مؤسسات الصرافة من 100 ألف إلى 150 ألف دولار أمريكي للشخص الواحد، وبذلك أصبح بإمكان كل من لديه إجازة استيراد تصل قيمتها إلى 150 ألف دولار أمريكي تمويلها عن طريق مؤسسات الصرافة التي لا يوجد لديها إجراءات كثيرة ومعقدة لتمويل المستوردات، أما من لديه إجازات استيراد أعلى من 150 ألف دولار أمريكي فعليه التوجه للمصارف الخاصة لتمويله، حيث تكون الإجراءات أكثر تعقيداً، وقرار المركزي جاء في جلسة التدخل التي عقدها أمس الثلاثاء، حيث أكد حاكم المصرف، أديب ميالة، أن المصرف خصص 100 مليون دولار أمريكي لبيعها تلبية لأغراض تمويل المستوردات، وكان المركزي سابقاً يعتمد على طرق التدخل المباشر في سوق الصرف عبر بيع شرائح من القطع الأجنبي لمؤسسات وشركات الصرافة على أن تبيعها الأخيرة بأسعار أقل من السعر الرائج للدولار في السوق السوداء بغية دعم الليرة، لكن المركزي أقلع منذ أكثر من شهر عن هذا الأسلوب، بما يُشير إلى أنه لم يعد قادراً على تحمل استنزاف القطع الأجنبي المتوافر لديه لدعم الليرة، وبات المركزي يعتمد التركيز على تمويل المستوردات لدعم الليرة، بعد أن لحظ بأن التصدير أحد أبرز منافذ استنزاف القطع الأجنبي، ورفع سعر الدولار.


• قالت وسائل إعلام النظام، إنه في مبادرة من "اتحاد المصدرين السوري" بعد مشكلات إغلاق المعابر الحدودية مع الأردن، وحرصاً على عدم توقف الصادرات الزراعية السورية تنطلق من ميناء مدينة طرطوس السورية إلى جمهورية مصر العربية أول باخرة حاملة سيارات شاحنة برادات وعلى متنها 40 شاحنة محملة بمادة التفاح، وقال إياد أنيس محمد عضو مجلس اتحاد المصدرين ورئيس القطاع الزراعي إن هذه الخطوة جاءت بالتنسيق بين اتحاد المصدرين والسفارة المصرية من أجل تأمين تأشيرات دخول لسائقي السيارات الشاحنة، وأوضح أنه تم استصدار مئة وسبعين تأشيرة لسائقي الشاحنات، مضيفاً أن اتحاد المصدرين قام بالتنسيق مع غرفة الملاحة البحرية من أجل تأمين الباخرة التي تتسع لأربعين شاحنة، وأكد محمد على أهمية هذه الخطوة لمنع توقف الصادرات الزراعية السورية الفائضة عن حاجة السوق المحلي والتي ستتجه إلى مصر وإلى الخليج العربي، وكشف عن وجود رحلات أسبوعية منتظمة إلى مصر لغاية حل مشكلة المعابر البرية مع الأردن، وأوضح أن عدد الرحلات قابل للزيادة حسب الطلب، مبيناً أن المواد التي سيتم تصديرها عبر البحر إلى مصر، ويتجه بعضها إلى الخليج تتضمن بشكل أساسي الخضروات والفاكهة، وحول تكلفة هذه الخطوة خاصة بالنسبة للمواد المصدرة عبر البحر مقارنة مع النقل البري أكد رئيس القطاع الزراعي بـ"اتحاد المصدرين السوريين" أن النقل بحراً إلى مصر هو أفضل في كافة الأحوال، أما النقل إلى الخليج فالنقل عبر البرّ أوفر بالنسبة للناحية المادية ومسألة توفير الوقت والجهد، مشيراً إلى ضرورة هذه الخطوة في المرحلة الراهنة كحلّ بديل، وحتى لاتتوقف الصادرات الزراعية السورية الفائضة عن حاجة السوق.


• قدر نظام الأسد خسائر قطاع النفط في سورية، حتى نهاية شباط 2015 بـ 27 مليار دولار، منها 5.2 مليار دولار خسائر مباشرة، وأكثر من 21 مليار دولار خسائر غير مباشرة، ووفق موقع "سيريانديز" الالكتروني، بلغ إنتاج النفط الخام حتى نهاية شباط 2015، نحو 2.34 مليون برميل، بنسبة تنفيذ وصلت إلى 40%، موزعةً على النفط الثقيل والخفيف، كما بلغ إنتاج الغاز الخام 918.3 مليون متر مكعب، بمعدل وسطي وصل إلى 15.6 مليون متر مكعب يومياً، بنسبة تنفيذ 88%، تم استهلاكه من قبل "وزارة الكهرباء" و"النفط" و"الصناعة"، هذا، ووصلت كمية إنتاج الغاز المنزلي، التي تسلّمتها "شركة محروقات"، 166 ألف طن، بمعدل 287 طن يومياً، رغم الظروف الصعبة التي تعترض سير العمل في الاستكشاف والحفر الاستكشافي.


• وصل إجمالي إيرادات مديرية الجمارك العامة خلال الأشهر الثلاثة الأولى من العام الحالي إلى 22 مليار ليرة سورية، وهي إيرادات متأتية من مختلف صنوف العمل الجمركي إن كانت رسوماً مستوفاة أو غرامات محققة ومحصلة نتيجة نشاطات الضابطة الجمركية، وأشار المدير العام للجمارك مجدي الحكمية لصحيفة "الثورة" التابعة للنظام إلى أن إيرادات الجمارك من التصدير خلال العام المنصرم 2014 قد بلغت نحو 766,16 مليون ليرة سورية في حين وصلت إيرادات الاستيراد الإجمالية خلال نفس الفترة إلى 72,565 مليار ليرة سورية، أما الترانزيت ونقل البضائع العابرة لسورية فقد وصل إجمالي إيرادها إلى 871 مليون ليرة سورية ، كما شكلت الإيرادات الأخرى 8,907 مليار ليرة سورية، وفيما يتعلق بالإيرادات الإجمالية قال المدير العام إن إيرادات مديرية الجمارك العامة قد بلغت 83,1 مليار ليرة سورية خلال العام الماضي 2014، وهي إيرادات تعتبر ممتازة بالقياس إلى الظروف العامة وبالقياس أيضاً إلى إعفاء الكثير من المواد من الرسوم الجمركية، كما أن الكتلة الإجمالية التقريبية لمستوردات سورية من مختلف بلدان العالم قد وصلت إلى ما يزيد على 10 مليارات كيلوغرام بقيمة إجمالية تجاوزت 1300 مليار ليرة سورية وقد تضمنت جملة المستوردات مجموعة من المواد الأعلى قيمة والتي لعبت دوراً مهماً في زيادة حجم الإيرادات، إضافة إلى توليفة أخرى من المواد الأعلى قيمة حسب البلدان التي استوردت سورية منها والتي تشتمل على بلدان لا تزال صديقة وشريكاً تجارياً لسورية.‏


• بلغت قيمة مبيعات فرع "مؤسسة العمران" بحماة، خلال آذار الماضي 2015، 714 مليون ليرة، ناتجةً عن تصريف 40 ألف طن من مادة الإسمنت، علاوةً عن بيع 500 قطعة من الأدوات الصحية، ووفق صحيفة "الثورة" التابعة للنظام، أكد مدير فرع المؤسسة، سامي بنكه العدس، أن فرع المؤسسة استجرّ مواد البناء ومتمماتها، وأمنها للجهات والشركات العامة، حيث استجرّت المؤسسة خلال آذار الماضي 14,066 طناً من الإسمنت، ولفت مدير فرع المؤسسة إلى أن المبيعات المحققة رغم الظروف الحالية، تعكس التطور العمراني في حماة، والانتعاش الاقتصادي فيها، ونوّه بالجهود التي تبذلها المؤسسة لتأمين مادة الإسمنت لمختلف القطاعات، وللمواطنين، عبر مراكزها المنتشرة في مختلف مناطق المحافظة، والبالغ عددها 14 مركزاً.، والجديرٌ بالذكر، أن كميات الإسمنت الأسود، التي استجرتها “مؤسسة عمران” من قبل معامل “المؤسسة العامة للإسمنت”، خلال 2014، بلغت 1.387.559 طناً، منها 1.193.763 طن أكياس بتنفيذ 100% من الخطة المقررة، إذ قُدرت كمية المبيعات منذ بداية 2014 وحتى أيلول 2014، بـ1.4 مليون طن، وبزيادة 12% على مبيعات 2013 خلال الفترة نفسها.


• أكد معاون مدير "التجارة الداخلية وحماية المستهلك" في دمشق، محمود الخطيب، أن "محافظة دمشق"، بالتعاون مع "مديرية التجارة الداخلية وحماية المستهلك" في دمشق، أصدرت القرار رقم 165، الذي تم بموجبه تحديد أسعار المشروبات والأراكيل في المقاهي، وجاء في القرار تحديد الأسعار في المقاهي للمشروبات والأراكيل، وفق تصنيف المقاهي إلى 3 تصنيفات، إذ تم تحديد سعر أركيلة المعسل، وأركيلة التنباك في المقاهي درجة ثانية وثالثة بـ200 للأركيلة، وللدرجة الأولى بـ225 ليرةً للأركيلة، كما تم تحديد سعر الشاي، والزهورات، والميلو، وفنجان القهوة، في المقاهي درجة ثانية وثالثة بـ90 ليرة للكأس، وفي الدرجة الأولى بـ100 ليرة للكأس، بحسب ما نقلت وسائل إعلام النظام، وقال الخطيب: إن القرار المذكور يُعد ملزماً لأصحاب المطاعم والمقاهي، تحت طائلة تنظيم الضبوط التموينية في حال تقاضي زيادة على الأسعار المحددة، وعدم الإعلان عن بدل الخدمات، ولفت الخطيب إلى أنه تم توجيه دوريات الضابطة التموينية، لمتابعة تنفيذ القرار، والتقيّد من قبل أصحاب المطاعم والمقاهي، والعمل على ضبط أي حالاتٍ مخالفة.


• يتوقع مراقبون أن يخرج بيض المائدة قريباً من موائد معظم السوريين بعد قرار حكومة الأسد، الذي صدر مؤخراً، بالسماح بتصدير هذه السلعة بغية الاستفادة من عائدات القطع الأجنبي الناجمة عن عملية التصدير، وكان قرار وزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة الخارجية في حكومة الأسد، الذي سمح بتصدير البيض، قد سبقته بروباغندا إعلامية مفادها أن هناك فائض في إنتاج بيض المائدة يزيد عن حاجة الاستهلاك المحلي، لكن تقريراً نشرته "جريدة قاسيون" المحلية، اليسارية، فنّد هذه البروباغندا، وأكد بأن عملية التصدير ستكون على حساب حاجة المواطن السوري من هذه السلعة الغذائية الضرورية، وفي حين ادعت وسائل إعلام موالية للنظام أن هناك فائض من بيض المائدة بسوريا يزيد على 1.5 مليار بيضة، فإن تقرير "قاسيون" أكد بأن إنتاج سوريا بأكملها، للعام الحالي، لن يتجاوز 1.5 مليار بيضة، وهي أرقام أكدها مدير الإنتاج الحيواني في وزارة الزراعة بحكومة النظام، منذ أسبوعين، مع الإشارة إلى أن حاجة الاستهلاك المحلي تقدر بحوالي 2.7 مليار بيضة، أي أن هناك عجزاً في سد الحاجات المحلية من هذه السلعة، على خلاف ما تروج له وسائل إعلام النظام.

ولفت إلى استهداف لناقلات دبابات نحو عدن، وأيضاً طائرات كانت مخبأة بهدف دعم تحركات الميليشيات، بعد تحركها بقاعدة الديلمي في ظل استمرار القصف المدفعي على الحدود السعودية لتدمير الميليشيات الحوثية التي ستشهد مزيداً من التفكك خلال الأيام المقبلة.

وأكد أن المملكة ومصر ركيزتا التحالف مع بقية الدول التي استجابت لطلب الحكومة اليمنية في الحفاظ على الشرعية، مشدداً على أنه "لا نستهدف الأشخاص بل الميليشيات التي تدمر اليمن".
