حلب تمكنت قوات الاسد المدعومة بعناصر شيعية عراقية وأفغانية مستغلة حالة الضباب الكثيف من التسلل باتجاه قريتي باشكوي وحردتنين وأطراف قرية رتيانو قامت هذه العناصر بذبح وإعدام العديد من المدنيين العزل داخل منازلهم ، و وصل حوالي 25 جريحاً من المدنيين الذين نزحوا من بلدة رتيان إلى المشافي الميدانية في ريف حلب الشمالي بعد أنّ أصيبوا خلال نزوحهم من البلدة ، و حدثت حركة نزوح كبيرة من القرى التي سيطر عليها النظام ، في حين استنفر الثوار للتصدي لهذه الهجمة و تجري اشتباكات عنيفة جدا لاستعادة المناطق التي احتلها جيش الأسد ، حيث تجري الاشتباكات في محيط قرية سيفات وحردتنين و رتيان و باشكوي ومنطقة الملاح وقتل الثوار جراء ذلك العديد من عناصر الأسد ، و أعلنت عدد من الفصائل عن تمكنها من إستعادة النقاط التي خسرتها حيث اعلنت عن تمكنها من استعادة بلدة رتيان و منطقة دوير الزيتون وعدة مناطق في منطقة الملاح ، و نشرت مواقع مقرّبة من حزب الله الإرهابي خبراً عن مقتل "حسن عبد الله" المخرج في قناة المنار أثناء المعارك الدائرة في ريف حلب الشمالي ، و أسر الثوار 3 عناصر من قوات الاسد في الاشتباكات العنيفة في قريتي باشكوي وحردتنين، وقتلت عدد كبير من ميليشيات الاسد جراء ذلك ، وقد حذر الناشطون الأهالي من الاقتراب من طريق (اعزاز – حلب) وذلك بسبب سيطرة قوات الأسد على الطريق، وعلى جبهة أخرى فقد تمكن الثوار من صد تقدم عناصر الأسد بإتجاه منطقتي الراشدين الجنوبية وعقرب والعامرية وكبدوهم خسائر فادحة في الأرواح والعتاد ، حيث ذكرت الجبهة الشامية عن تمكنها من قتل اكثر من 30 عنصرا من قوات الاسد في منطقة عقرب، ومن ناحية أخرى جرت أيضا اشتباكات عنيفة على جبهة حي الخالدية حيث تمكن الثوار من تكبيد قوات الأسد خسائر في العتاد والأرواح ، ودارت إشتباكات على جبهة حندرات ، و سحبت قوات الأسد خمسة جرحى من عناصرها أصيبوا بالاشتباكات الدائرة في محيط مدرسة الطبري في حي جمعية الزهراء ، كما دارت اشتباكات عنيفة على جبهة عزيزة جنوب مدينة حلب تمكن الثوار خلالها من قتل عدد من جنود الأسد ، كما واستهدف الثوار بقذائف الهاون معاقل الاسد في منطقتي العزيزية و السبع بحرات و باب الفرج، و استهدفوا بقذائف مدفع جهنم والصواريخ الموجهة معاقل قوات الاسد في حي الاشرفية، كما جرت اشتباكات عنيفة في صباح اليوم على جبهة ضاحية "الأسد" تزامنا مع قصف مدفعي وصاروخي من قبل قوات الاسد باتجاه المنطقة، و أيضا استهدف الثوار بقذائف الهاون معاقل الاسد داخل كلية المدفعية في منطقة الراموسة، وقصفوا معاقل الشبيحة في بلدتي نبل والزهراء بصواريخ الغراد .
سقط عدد من الجرحى جراء شن طيران الأسد الحربي غارات على بلدة حيان ، كما وشنت المقاتلات الحربية غارات بالصواريخ وبالرشاشات الثقيلة وألقت المروحيات بالبراميل المتفجرة على العديد من النقاط في ريف حلب الشمالي ، في حين تعرضت مدينتي عندان وحريتان لقصف مدفعي عنيف ، وسقط عدد من الجرحى جراء قصف مدفعي على قرية تل مصيبين شمال مدينة حلب ، وفي خبر منفصل فقد إرتقى عدد من الشهداء وسقط جرحى نتيجة سقوط عدة قذائف على مناطق متفرقة خاضعة لسيطرة نظام الأسد ، و سقط قتلى وجرحى نتيجة سقوط قذائف على حي الجابرية , كما أفاد ناشطون بقيام الشرطة العسكرية بإعتقال 12 شاباً في حي الجميلية بدعوى السوق للاحتياط من داخل الحديقة العامة وأجبرت المارة على المرور من داخل الحديقة العامة وذلك بإغلاق الطريق بين حي الجميلية و ساحة سعدلله الجابري.
حماة استهدف الثوار بصواريخ غراد معاقل شبيحة الاسد في بلدة سلحب، في حين شنت طائرات الأسد الحربية غارت جوية على قرى الدكيلة وقطيشة وحمادة عمر وعكش وعلى قرى ناحية عقيربات ، وقصفت مدفعية الأسد ورشاشاته مدينة اللطامنة.

درعا استهدف الثوار بقذائف الهاون ومدفع جهنم معاقل الاسد في مبنى المجمع الحكومي والملعب الرياضي القديم بدرعا المحطة ، وقد سمعت أصوات سيارات الاسعاف تتجه الى مشافي المدينة ، بينما دارت إشتباكات متقطعة على أطراف حي المنشية بدرعا البلد ، في حين تعرضت مدينتا جاسم والحراك وبلدات الصورة والطيبة والمزيريب و عتمان وكفرشمس واليادودة واحياء درعا البلد وحي طريق السد ومخيم درعا بدرعا المحطة لقصف مدفعي وصاروخي عنيف من قبل قوات الأسد ، ومن جهة اخرى فقد تم العثور على جثتين باحد المنازل قرب حاجز جسر الزفة المحرر بمدينة الشيخ مسكين و لم يتم التعرف على الجثث بسبب حرقها وعدم وضوح اية معالم لها.
ديرالزور جرت اشتباكات عنيفة بين قوات الاسد وتنظيم الدولة في محيط مطار دير الزور العسكري وفي قرية الجفرة وفي حي الصناعة وسط تعرض المنطقة لقصف مدفعي ، و إستهدفت قوات الاسد منطقة حويجة صكر بالمدفعية الثقيلة , وشنت الطائرات الحربية غارتها على اطراف مدينة ديرالزور وعلى منطقة حويجة صكر.
اللاذقية استهدف الثوار بصواريخ الغراد معاقل الاسد في المربع الأمني بمدينة اللاذقية ومدينة القرداحة وكذلك شبيحة الاسد في قرية قسمين ومحيط سد 16 تشرين ، في حين شن الطيران الحربي عدة غارات جوية على قرى جبل الاكراد.

* الحكومة تلجأ لتاخير رواتب العاملين بالدولة العراقية عشرة ايام لكل شهر في محاولة منها للتغطية على العجز في الميزانية وعدم توفر السيولة وخبراء اقتصاديون يرجحون ان تتبع هذا القرار قرارات اخرى اذا ما استمر الحال على ما هو عليه ومنها دفع نصف الراتب المستحق لكل موظف وتاجيل دفع النصف الاخر لحين توفر السيولة على امل ارتفاع اسعار النفط، جدير بالاشارة الى ان من اهم اسباب الانهيار الاقتصادي بالاضافة الى تراجع اسعار النفط هو الكلفة الكبيرة للحرب العدوانية التي تشن على المدن الثائرة منذ ما يزيد عن العام.
ثار القرار، الذي تبناه مجلس الأمن الدولي، الأحد الماضي، والذي يدعو فيه الحوثيين، الذين يسيطرون على السلطة في صنعاء إلى التخلي عنها والإفراج عن الرئيس عبد ربه منصور هادي، الموضوع تحت الإقامة الجبرية والتفاوض "بحسن نية" بشأن حل سياسي للخروج من الأزمة.
وذلك بالإضافة إلى الضغط من قبل بعض الدول العربية لاستخدام القوة العسكرية ضد ما يسمونه بـ "الاستيلاء غير الشرعي على السلطة" من قبل جماعة الحوثي المتمردة.
ودعا وزراء دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي إلى اتخاذ إجراءات عاجلة لضمان سلامة الرئيس اليمني عبدربه منصور هادي.
من جانبهم، أكد عدد من سكان العاصمة اليمنية، صنعاء، أن ذلك من صميم الشأن الداخلي، ويجب حله داخليًا، حيث قال عمار هادي أحد المقيمين بالعاصمة: "فيما يتعلق بقرار مجلس الأمن، أقول لهم يجب أن يتركوا اليمن يهتم بشؤونه".
وأكد محمد البخيتي، عضو المكتب السياسي الحوثي أن "هذا القرار سيدفع الناس إلى الالتفاف حول قائد الثورة، عبد الملك الحوثي، وذلك لأن هؤلاء الناس لا يمكن أن يستسلم كبريائهم أو الكرامة تحت تهديدات اقتصادية أو سياسية".
من جانبه، قال أحمد في الزرقاء، المحلل السياسي،: "يجب أن يكون الحل اليمني، ويجب على جميع الأطراف تقديم تنازلات، خاصة الحوثيين، المسيطرين على الأوضاع في صنعاء، لكنهم لا يستطيعون السيطرة على البلد بأكمله وحدهم".
وأضاف الزرقا: "إذا وصلت الفصائل السياسية اليمنية المختلفة إلى اتفاق، فقد يؤخر ذلك أي تدابير قد يتخذها مجلس الأمن ضد اليمن".
