حماة:: تمكن الثوار من قتل 17 عنصر من قوات الاسد وعناصر حزب الله الإرهابي بعملية بالتعاون مع جبهة النصرة بعد نصب كمين لهم بريف حماه الشرقي ، حيث دارت اشتباكات عنيفة دامت لعدة ساعات تبعه تفجير الثوار لألغام أرضية ، كما استهدف الثوار بصواريخ الغراد تجمعات قوات الاسد في قريتي جورين وشطحة بريف حماة الغربي، وأيضا استهدفوهم على طريق (سلمية-حماة) بالريف الشرقي، كما دكوا حاجز زلين بقذائف الهاون، وفجروا سيارات تابعة لقوات الاسد في النقطة 52 بمدينة مورك، في حين ألقت مروحيات الأسد براميلها المتفجرة على قريتي الزكاة و الحويجة وعلى مدن اللطامنة وكفرزيتا.

دول الخليج تطالب المجتمع الدولي باتخاذ مواقف أقوى إزاء الوضع في اليمن
طالبت دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي المجتمع الدولي باتخاذ موقف أقوى إزاء الوضع في اليمن، بعد ساعات من إعلان الحوثيين الإعلان الدستوري الذي تضمن حل البرلمان، واستبداله بمجلس وطني إنتقالي، وكذا تشكيل مجلس رئاسي.
وأوضح مسؤول كبير بوزارة الخارجية الأمريكية عقب اجتماعات مع وزير الخارجية جون كيري يوم الجمعة أن دول الخليج عبرت خلال الاجتماعات مع كيري عن قلقها من النفوذ الإيراني في اليمن في ظل الاضطرابات السياسية هناك.
وقال المسؤول بحسب وكالة رويترز، “إنه لم تجر ترتيبات لإجراء اتصالات مع طهران بهذا الصدد خلال المحادثات بين كيري والوزراء وكبار المسؤولين من السعودية والإمارات وقطر والكويت وعمان والبحرين”.
وأضاف: “هناك شعور بأن المجتمع الدولي بحاجة إلى اتخاذ موقف أقوى إما من خلال الأمم المتحدة أو منظمة أخرى متعددة الأطراف.”
وأكد أن “هناك قلق من النفوذ الإيراني لكن أحدا لم يناقش الاتصال بالإيرانيين” مضيفا أنه كان هناك حديث ايضا عن أن يعقد مجلس الأمن الدولي المزيد من الاجتماعات بشأن اليمن.
اللجنة الثورية التابعة للحوثي تصدر أول قرار لها يتضمن تكليف الصبيحي والرويشان بمهام وزيري الداخلية والدفاع
دشنت اللجنة الثورية التابعة للحوثيين مساء الجمعة مهامها السيادية بإصدار القرار رقم (1) لسنة 2015 قضى بتكليف اللواء الركن / محمود الصبيحي قائم بأعمال وزير الدفاع، واللواء الركن/ جلال الرويشان قائم بأعمال وزير الداخلية.
نص القرار بحسب وكالة سبأ:
استنادا لأحكام دستور الجمهورية اليمنية و الإعلان الدستوري الصادر عن اللجنة الثورية .
و لما تقتضيه المصلحة الوطنية العليا.
( قرر)
المادة ( 1) يكلف الأخوين التالية أسميهما بالقيام بالمهام المبينة قرين كلاً منهما:
1. اللواء الركن / محمود الصبيحي قائم بأعمال وزير الدفاع
2. اللواء الركن/ جلال الرويشان قائم بأعمال وزير الداخلية
المادة ( 2 ) يعمل بهذا القرار من تاريخ صدوره و ينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.

محافظ عدن يؤكد ما حدث اليوم في صنعاء استكمال للإنقلاب
أكد محافظ محافظة عدن عبدالعزيز حبتور على رفض اقليم عدن التعامل مع العاصمة صنعاء، بعد استكمال حلقات الانقلاب الحوثي اليوم.
وأوضح أن من يدير دفة الدولة في هذه الأثناء عناصر انقلابية غير شرعية.
وأشار إلى أن جماعة الحوثي مجموعة صغيرة لا تعتمد إلا على السلاح، واستغلت التناقضات الحزبية للوصول إلى العاصمة صنعاء والسيطرة على القصر الجمهوري.
كما أكد أن جميع المحافظات الجنوبية ستوقف جميع التعاملات مع صنعاء، حتى تصحح العملية ويعاد المسار الدستوري.
المبعوث الأممي جمال بنعمر في طريقه إلى العاصمة صنعاء
تحدثت مصادر إعلامية أن مبعوث الأمم المتحدة إلى اليمن جمال بنعمر في طريقه إلى العودة للعاصمة صنعاء، وذلك بعد مغادرته لها ظهر اليوم متوجهاً إلى الرياض.
وأوضحت المصادر أن عودة بنعمر تأتي لمتابعة الأوضاع بعد إعلان جماعة الحوثي ما أسمته بـ”الإعلان الدستوري”.
هذا وكان من المقرر أن يلتقي جمال بنعمر اليوم الجمعة أمين عام الأمم المتحدة بان غي مون في مدينة الرياض السعودية.
الإعلان عن موعد إصدار جماعة الحوثي لـ«الإعلان الدستوري»
أعلنت جماعة الحوثي اليوم الجمعة عن موعد إصدارها للإعلان الدستوري، والذي سيحسم الأمور وينهي الفراغ الدستوري القائم، وذلك بعد تقديم الرئيس هادي استقالته للبرلمان.
وبحسب موقع أنصار الله التابع للجماعة، أكد مصدر موثوق أن اللجان الثورية – التابعة لجماعة الحوثي – ستقوم بإعلان البيان الدستوري عصر يومنا هذا الجمعة.
هذا وتحدثت أنباء أن البيان الدستوري سيقوم بتشكيل مجلس وطني من 22 شخصية، ليقوم المجلس بإعلان مجلس رئاسي يحكم البلاد، بالإضافة إلى تشكيل حكومة.

تنوي جماعة الحوثي المسلحة عصر اليوم الجمعة اصدار بيان دستوري بشكل منفرد بعد رفض القوى السياسية الموافقة على شروط الجماعة التعسيفيه.
والاعلان الدستوري هو مجموعة من المواد القانونية , لتنظيم الدولة في حالة سقوط الدستور.
هو عبارة عن دستور مختصر، مكون من عدد قليل من المواد، يسمح للسلطة الحاكمة بحكم البلاد بصورة قانونية، وإصدار قوانين تسهل أوجه الحياة في البلد حتى يتم وضع دستور جديد.
