One hundred and thirty-five (135) civilians were killed on Tuesday in renewed shelling randomized to Assad's forces in cities across Syria, mostly in Homs and Aleppo.
Among the victims, 32 people died as a result of the bombing helicopters and artillery and missile paneling on the city of Homs countryside, while 11 others died in the bombing of the town of Brive pivotal Damascus.

كما أشارت "الهيئة العامة" إلى استشهاد 15 طفلاً جراء حملة تلقيح ضد مرض الحصبة في قرية جرجناز بادلب، فيما ارتقى 11 مدنياً جراء تحطم طائرة حربية فوق مسكنهم في منطقة الحصيوة بالرقة، وفي حلب استشهد 26 شخصاً سبعة منهم في قصف على حي الفردوس.
كما أوضحت "الهيئة" إن بين الشهداء 37 طفلاً و 14 سيدة و ثلاثة قضوا تحت التعذيب في سجون نظام الأسد أحدهم ناشط إعلامي.

*محافظة دمشق:
- دمرت كتائب القيادة العامّة للغوطة الشرقية دبابة T72 لقوّات الأسد، إضافة إلى عربة شيلكا خلال المعارك الدائرة في حي جوبر، كما أفادت صفحات موالية للنظام بمقتل الملازم كنان نديم سليمان، وهو من مرتبات الفرقة الرابعة، خلال المعارك مع الثوار في الحي.
- مقتل عنصرين من قوات الأسد قنصًا خلال اشتباكات في حي تشرين.
- تمكنت كتائب الثوار من قتل أربعة عناصر من "اللجان الشعبية" التابعة لقوات الأسد خلال اشتباكات على جبهة الكباس في دمشق.
- سقطت قذيفة هاون في منطقة الإحدى عشرية بالقرب من باب توما شرقي دمشق، أسفرت عن وقوع عدة جرحى، فيما سقطت قذيفة أخرى في حي المالكي.
*محافظة ريف دمشق:
- تمكّن مقاتلو القيادة العامة للغوطة، من إصابة طائرة حربيّة من نوع ميغ، كانت تحلّق في سماء الغوطة الشرقيّة بعد استهدافها بالرشاشات الثقيلة.
- تجددت المعارك على جبهة حتيتة الجرش، ومزارع بلدة المليحة بين ثوار القيادة العامة للغوطة وقوات الأسد.
- شن طيران الأسد غارتين جويتين على مدينة دوما وأطرافها، كما استهدف بلدة مرج السلطان موقعًا عددًا من الجرحى بينهم نساء.
- سقط عشرات الضحايا في مجزرة جديدة، في سلسلة غارات جوية لطائرات الأسد على بلدة الحمورية في الغوطة الشرقية بريف دمشق، حيث استشهد 10 أشخاص على الأقل بينهم نساء وأطفال وأصيب 50 آخرون جراء الغارات الجوية.
*محافظة حلب:
- شن مقاتلو الجبهة الإسلامية هجومًا بقذائف مدفع جهنم على مراكز قناصة قوات الأسد في حديقة حي سيف الدولة بحلب؛ ما أدى إلى مقتل وجرح العديد من قوات الأسد.
- دمرت الجبهة الإسلامية عدة تحصينات في قرية البريج شرقي حلب إثر استهدافها بوابل من قذائف الهاون، وسط اشتباكات عنيفة في المنطقة.
- فجر المقاتلون الثوار ثلاثة مبان تتحصن بها قوات الأسد خلال المعارك المشتعلة في حي العامرية بحلب؛ ما أسفر عن سقوط قتلى وجرحى.
- قصف طيران الأسد أحياء مساكن هنانو، وبستان القصر؛ ما أسفر عن إصابة ثلاثة أشخاص بجروح ووقوع أضرار مادية، في حين استشهد شخص وإصابة آخرين نتيجة سقوط برميل متفجر على حيّ الفردوس.
- انفجرت سيارة مفخخة في كراج سجو، مما أدى إلى اسشهاد ثمانية أشخاص على الأقل ووقوع عدة إصابات في صفوف المدنيين، ولم تعلن أي جهة مسؤوليتها عن التفجير.
- تمكنت كتائب الثوار، من قتل ستة من عناصر قوات الأسد وتدمير دبابة وعربة زيل، خلال المعارك الدائرة في حي العامرية بمدينة حلب.
دارت اشتباكات عنيفة بين كتائب الثوار وقوات الأسد، على جبهات حي الراشدين ومحيط البحوث العلمية ومعمل الكرتون في حلب.
*محافظة حماة:
- استولت قوات الأسد على بلدات تل ملح والجلمة والجديدة بريف حماة الغربي بعد انسحاب كتائب الثوار عقب اشتباكات عنيفة، فيما اقتحمت حشود كبيرة من قوات الأسد مدعومة بعدد من شبيحة القرى الموالية بلدة التريمسة.
- دمر المقاتلون الثوار دبابة إثر استهدافها بصاروخ تاو خلال التصدي لقوات الأسد في بلدة تل ملح في ريف حماة.
- قصف ثوار فيلق الشام معاقل قوات الأسد وشبيحة سهيل الحسن في المحطة الحرارية بدير محردة وبلدتي الصقيلبية وسلحب في ريف حماة الغربي بصواريخ غراد؛ ما أسفر عن مقتل وجرح العديد من قوات الأسد بينهم المسؤول عن حواجز دير محردة، وذلك باعتراف قوات النظام على القبضات اللاسلكية.
- أعلن لواء العقاب الإسلامي اليوم عن استهداف مقاتليه سيارة عسكرية تابعة لقوات الأسد في كمين على طريق أثريا - خناصر في ريف حماة؛ ما أسفر عن مقتل العديد منهم أمس الاثنين.
- قصفت كتائب الثوار قوات الأسد في حاجز المغير بريف حماة الشمالي بصاروخ غراد؛ ما أدى لاشتعال النيران فيه ووقوع إصابات مباشرة.
- نفذ مقاتلو جبهة النصرة كمينًا استهدفوا فيه سيارة العميد ركن في صفوف قوات الأسد "حيدر إسماعيل" والمنتمي لمدينة سلهب على طريق سقيلبية - سلحب بالمتفجرات والأسلحة المتوسطة والخفيفة؛ مما أدى لمقتله.
*محافظة إدلب:
- أعلنت ألوية صقور الشام التابعة للجبهة الإسلامية مقتل أربعة عناصر من قوات الأسد عقب استهداف سيارتهم في كمين على طريق أريحا - كفرزيبا في ريف إدلب بعبوة ناسفة.
- فجرت ألوية صقور الشام صهريج وقود لقوات الأسد جراء استهدافه بعبوة ناسفة على طريق أريحا - كفرزيبا بريف إدلب.
- أغار الطيران الحربي على بلدة تفتناز بالصواريخ؛ ما أسفر عن سقوط قتلى وجرحى بينهم أربعة أطفال في حصيلة أولية.
- استشهد 30 طفلًا وأُصيب آخرون بحالات تسمّم نتيجة تناولهم لقاحات سامّة في بلدة جرجناز في ريف مدينة معرة النعمان، بريف إدلب الجنوبيّ.
- استهدف الطيران الأسدي مقرًّا تابعًا لجبهة ثوار سوريا في قرية دير سنبل (منطقة حبل الزاوية) في ريف إدلب؛ ما أدى لإصابة جمال معروف قائد الجبهة بجروح، ومقتل ابنته ونائبه محمد الفيصل وإصابة عدد آخر من العناصر المتواجدين في المكان.
*محافظة الرقة:
- أسقط تنظيم "دولة العراق والشام"، طائرة حربيّة في مدينة الرقة، عقب استهدافها بالرشاشات الثقيلة.
- ارتفاع عدد الضحايا المدنيين الذين قضوا جراء سقوط طائرة ميغ فوق منازل المدنيّين في منطقة الحصيوة بريف الرقة إلى ثمانية أشخاص.
- شنّ الطيران الحربي اليوم عدّة غارات جوية على مناطق في مدينة الرقة؛ ما أسفر عن استشهاد وجرح عدّة أشخاص.
*محافظة حمص:
- استهدف فيلق الشام مقرات قوات الأسد في أحياء (الزهرة - النزهة - عكرمة) بصواريخ غراد، كما قامت كتيبة المدفعية باستهداف مقرات الشبيحة في قرية الأشرفية بمدفع بـ9ي وقذائف الهاون 120 ملم.
- أعلن اللواء 313 أن مقاتلي كتيبة جند بدر التابعة له دكت معاقل شبيحة الأسد في قرية الأشرفية الموالية للنظام في ريف حمص الشمالي بعدد من قذائف الهاون من عيار 100مم، وذلك ردًّا على قصف مدينة تلبيسة بالبراميل؛ مما أسفر عن مجزرة مروعة.

بدء اعمال مؤتمر باريس الدولي حول الامن في العراق
بدأت اليوم في العاصمة الفرنسية باريس أعمال المؤتمر الدولي حول الأمن في العراق بمشاركة 30 دولة عربية وغربية
ورأس وفد المملكة العربية السعودية إلى المؤتمر صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود الفيصل وزير الخارجية.
ودعا الرئيس الفرنسي فرنسوا هولاند في كلمةً خلال افتتاح المؤتمر شركاءه الغربيين والعرب إلى التحرك بدون "إهدار الوقت" للتصدي لتنظيم داعش الإرهابي في العراق, داعياً في الوقت نفسه لدعم المعارضة المعتدلة السورية "بكل السبل" ، مشيراً إلى أن تنظيم داعش يعّد تهديدًا عالميًا يتطلب ردًا عالميا.
فرنسا تنفذ اول طلعاتها الجوية الاستكشافية فوق أجواء العراق
قبيل اطلاق مؤتمر باريس الدولي بشأن السلام والامن في العراق، اعلنت وزارة الدفاع الفرنسية قيام طائراتها بتنفيذ اول طلعاتها الجوية الاستكشافية فوق العراق .
وقال وزير الدفاع الفرنسي جان ايف لودريان، خلال زيارته التفقدية الى قاعدة الظفرة في ابو ظبي بدولة الامارات والتي تظم نحو مئتين عسكري فرنسي بينهم طيارون، قال ان بلاده ستنفذ الطلعات الاستكشافية الاولى في العراق اعتبارا من الاثنين وبموافقة السلطات العراقية والاماراتية، على غرار تحرك واشنطن مع حلفائها لضرب معاقل التنظيم داخل العراق.

بغداد الأسيرة
في هجوم استهدف منزلهم.. مقتل وإصابة ستة أشخاص من أسرة مختار حي سكني جنوب بغداد
ونسب إلى مصادر أمنية وطبيّة؛ أن مجموعة من المسلحين مجهولي الهوية؛ اقتحموا منزل مختار أحد الأحياء السكنية في قضاء (المدائن) جنوب بغداد؛ وفتحوا النار على ساكنيه، ما تسبب بمقتل المختار ـ الذي لم يُكشف عن اسمه ـ واثنين من أبنائه في الحال.
وأضاف المصادر أن الهجوم أسفر كذلك، عن إصابة زوجة المختار واثنين آخرين من أبنائهما بجروح متفاوتة نقلوا على إثرها إلى المشفى العام في القضاء؛ مشيرة إلى أن المهاجمين تمكنوا من الفرار عقب الحادث الذي لم تعرف دوافعه بعد.
من جهتها؛ أكّدت مصادر محلية أن المجموعة المسلحة التي هاجمت المنزل؛ تنتمي إلى إحدى الميليشيات الطائفية التي توفر لها القوّات الحكومية في القضاء الغطاء والدعم الكامل، لافتة إلى أن هذه الميليشيات تمارس إجرامها بشكل يومي وفق مخطط ترعاه الحكومة في العديد من المناطق من أجل إحداث تغيير ديموغرافي فيها.

مصدر بوزارة الداخلية الحالية قوله في تصريح نشر قبل قليل: "إن العبوة الناسفة التي انفجرت لدى مرور دورية للجيش (العراقي) في قرية (الباوية) بقضاء (المدائن) جنوبي بغداد، اسفرت عن مقتل أحد افرادها في الحال، واصابة اربعة آخرين بينهم ضابط برتبة ملازم أول بجروح متفاوتة، والحاق اضرار مادية بالعجلة العسكرية التي كانت تقلهم".
وشهدت بغداد اليوم ظهر اليوم ايضا، مقتل واصابة (11) مدنيا في انفجار عبوة ناسفة بالقرب من سوق شعبية في منطقة (الحسينية) شمالي العاصمة، كما قتل ثلاثة اشخاص بينهم موظفان حكوميان واصيب رابع في انفجار ثلاث عبوات لاصقة بثلاث مناطق منفصلة بقضاء (المدائن) جنوبي بغداد، فيما قتل مدنيان واصيب تسعة آخرون في انفجار عبوة ناسفة بمنطقة (الغزالية) غربي العاصمة ، في الوقت الذي قتل فيه أحد أفراد الجيش الحكومي وأصيب ثلاثة آخرون جرّاء سقوط قذيفة هاون على نقطتهم العسكرية في قضاء (التاجي) شمالي بغداد.

اعتقال حجاج من صلاح الدين بتهمة المشاركة بجريمة سبايكر
ضمن سلسلة الاستخفاف بحرية ومعتقدات المواطنين من قبل الاجهزة الامنية ، اعتقلت السلطات العراقية حجاج بيت الله الحرام المتوجهين من محافظة صلاح الدين الى السعودية بحجة التحقيق معهم بقضية سبايكر.
وقالت مصادر من مطار بغداد ،ان الخطوط الجوية العراقية غيرت مسار الطائرة التي انطلقت من اربيل الى جدة نحو بغداد ،وفور وصول الحجاج الى بغداد قامت الاجهزة الامنية بالمطار باعتقال الحجاج والتحقيق معهم في قضية سبايكر، فضلا عن التعامل مع جميع الحجاج بطريقة سيئة بالرغم من كبر سن الحجاج .
واضافت المصادر انه تم اطلاق سراحهم بعد ساعات بعد تدخل جهات عديدة حتى اكملت الطائرة رحلتها نحو السعودية مجددا .
