ريف دمشق::

اشتباكات عنيفة جدا بين الثوار وقوات الأسد دارت على جبهات منطقة المرج بالغوطة الشرقية، وتمكن الثوار خلالها من استعادة السيطرة على عدة مزارع في منطقة الفضائية وحتيتة الجرش وبالا وقتلوا أكثر من 40 عنصر وجرحوا العشرات من عناصر قوات الأسد خصوصا على جبهة حتيتة الجرش، واغتنموا أسلحة وذخائر وأعطبوا دبابة، وتزامنت المعارك مع غارات جوية مكثفة من طيران العدو الروسي وقصف مدفعي وصاروخي عنيف من قبل قوات الأسد على منطقة الاشتباكات وعلى بلدة النشابية وحوش الصالحية، مما أدى لسقوط شهداء وجرحى في الأخيرة، هذا ودارت اشتباكات أيضا على جبهة وادي عين ترما، أما في الغوطة الغربية فقد ألقت مروحيات الأسد براميلها المتفجرة على مدينة داريا، وتم استهداف المدينة والجبهة الجنوبية لمدينة معضمية الشام بصواريخ "أرض – أرض"، وجرت اشتباكات متقطعة على محور أوتوستراد السلام بمخيم خان الشيح، ومن جهة أخرى فقد اتجهت مساعدات إغاثية اليوم إلى بلدة مضايا المحاصرة برعاية الأمم المتحدة ودخل أكثر من 40 شاحنة إلى البلدة، وفي خبر منفصل جرت عملية تبادل في مدينة الزبداني تم بموجبها تسليم الثوار جثتي قتيلين لحزب الله الإرهابي مقابل استلام أسير وجثامين 7 شهداء، وفي منطقة القلمون الشرقي سيطرت حركة أحرار الشام على أحد مواقع تنظيم الدولة بمدينة جيرود علما أنه يحتوي على العديد من الأسلحة والعبوات الناسفة.

حلب::

بدأت قوات الأسد وميليشيات شيعية منذ الصباح الباكر حملة هجوم جديدة في الريف الجنوبي بهدف التقدم انطلاقا من بلدة خان طومان باتجاه منطقة الكليرية وحي الراشدين الجنوبي غرب مدينة حلب، ونصب الثوار على إثر ذلك كمينا محكما لقوات الأسد في حي الرشدين الجنوبي وأوقعوا العشرات من العناصر بين قتيل وجريح ودمروا آليات، كما وتمكن الثوار من إحباط محاولة مليشيات طائفية التقدم على محور قرية بردة على جبهة جبل الأربعين وقتلوا العديد من العناصر، وتزامنت المعارك مع غارات جوية روسية مكثفة وقصف مدفعي وصاروخي على المنطقة، وبعد معارك عنيفة جدا دامت لساعات استطاع الثوار صد الهجمة العنيفة وقتل وجرح العشرات من قوات الأسد والمليشيات الشيعية واستعادوا كل النقاط التي خسروها ولا سيما عدة نقاط في منطقة الحرش قرب بلدة خان طومان، هذا وتعرض محيط بلدة "الزربة" وطريق "حلب - دمشق" الدولي لقصف مدفعي عنيف وسط غارات جوية من طيران العدو الروسي ترافقت مع اشتباكات عنيفة في المنطقة، وفي الريف الغربي المجاور لمنطقة الاشتباك ارتكب سلاح الجو الروسي مجزرة مروعة في بلدة عينجارة وراح ضحيتها حوالي 30 شهيد وعشرات الجرحى أغلبهم من الأطفال، حيث استهدف الطيران 3 مدارس في البلدة، وأغار ذات الطيران بشكل مكثف جدا على بلدات خان العسل وأورم الكبرى ومعارة الأرتيق وكفرناها وكفرجوم والشيخ علي وحور، وسقط جراءها عدد من الشهداء والجرحى، وفي الريف الشمالي شن طيران العدو الروسي غارة على بلدة كفرحمرة وعلى مناطق سيطرة الثوار على خطوط التماس مع قوات الحماية الشعبية الكردية، في حين تصدى الثوار لمحاولة قوات الأسد التقدم والتسلل باتجاه تل مصيبين وأقعوا في صفوفهم قتلى وجرحى، ودارت اشتباكات بين الطرفين على جبهات قرية باشكوي ومنطقة الملاح، وفي جبهة أخرى استهدف تنظيم الدولة بقذائف المدفعية مدينة مارع دون وقوع أي إصابة، كما استهدفت طائرات التحالف سيارة تابعة للتنظيم على طريق شويرين دون ورود تفاصيل أخرى، ومن ناحية أخرى جرت اشتباكات بين "جيش الثوار" والثوار قرب مزرعة ثقيب وقرية شواغرة وقرية المالكية، وفي الريف الشرقي تمكنت قوات الأسد من بسط سيطرتها على قرية عيشة غربي مطار كويرس العسكري، وعلى جبهة مغايرة دارت اشتباكات عنيفة بين قوات سوريا الديمقراطية وعناصر تنظيم الدولة في قريتي السكاوية وتل عرش في ريف منبج الجنوبي الشرقي، هذا وشن طيران العدو الروسي غارات جوية على مدينة الباب ومدينة ديرحافر ومحيطها دون وقوع أي إصابة، وفي مدينة حلب استهدف الثوار تحصينات ميليشيات الأسد في مطار النيرب العسكري شرقي حلب بصواريخ الغراد، فيما سقطت قذائف صاروخية على حي الأشرفية الواقعة تحت سيطرة نظام الأسد ما أدى لسقوط شهداء وجرحى من المدنيين.

حماة::

حاصرت قوات الأسد بلدة جرجيسه بالريف الجنوبي فيما يبدو أنها استعدادا لاقتحامها، وفي الريف الشرقي استهدف الثوار بقذائف المدفعية معاقل الأسد في بلدة السعن، كما استهدفوا معاقل قوات الأسد في منطقة معردس بالريف الشمالي، في حين تعرضت مدينة اللطامنة لقصف مدفعي من قبل قوات الأسد في حاجز المصاصنة.

إدلب::

شن الطيران الروسي غارات جوية استهدف بلدة أورم الجوز ومدينة سراقب ما أدى لسقوط عدد من الشهداء والجرحى في صفوف المدنيين، ومن جهة أخرى فقد دخلت شاحنات المساعدات إلى قرية الفوعة بالتزامن مع دخولها إلى مضايا بريف دمشق، قال ناشطون إن سبب التأخير في إدخال الشاحنات عائد لعمليات التفتيش التي أجراها عناصر جيش الفتح على محتويات السيارات منعاً لأي خرق.

درعا::

تجددت الاشتباكات بين الثوار وقوات الأسد على جبهات مدينة الشيخ مسكين وسط غارات جوية عنيفة ومكثفة من طيران العدو الروسي، فيما استهدف الثوار معاقل قوات الأسد في اللواء 12 بمدينة إزرع وفي بلدتي السحيلية والدلي واللواء 15 واللواء 79 وقيادة الفرقة التاسعة والكتيبة 107 والفوج 89 ومقر قيادة المدفعية والصواريخ بالقرب من بلدة جباب بقذائف المدفعية نصرة لبلدة مضايا، في حين شنت ذات الطائرات غارات على مدينة نوى وبلدة ابطع، بينما تعرضت مدينتي بصرى الشام وأنخل وتل عنتر لقصف مدفعي وبالرشاشات الثقيلة من قبل قوات الأسد، وفي مدينة درعا استهدفت قوات الأسد حي طريق السد بصاروخ من نوع فيل.

ديالى: عشرات القتلى والجرحى بانفجارين شمال شرقي بعقوبة ‏

واوضح المصدر ان "سيارات الاسعاف هرعت الى المنطقة، وقامت بنقل المصابين الى المستشفى القريب لتلقي العلاج، وجثث القتلى الى دائرة الطب العدلي".

اعتراف حكومي: العبادي مشارك بعمليات الفساد ومتهم بسرقة خمسة ملايين دولار
اعترفت مايعرف بلجنة النزاهة النيابية، اليوم الاثنين، بان رئيس الحكومة الحالية "حيدر العبادي"متهم باخذ خمسة ملايين دولار سابقا، فضلا عن كونه مشارك في عمليات الفساد كونه شغل منصب رئيس اللجنة المالية وغيرها من المناصب الحكومية.
عضو لجنة مايعرف بالنزاهة النيابية" عادل نوري "بتصريح صحفي لموقع اخباري قال ان "رئيس الوزراء "حيدر العبادي" متهم بأخذ خمسة ملايين دولار سابقا دون حسم القضية".
واكد نوري أن "العبادي لم يحارب الفساد عندما كان في الدورات السابقة لمجلس النواب رئيس اللجنة المالية، وكان اول وزير اتصالات للعراق عام 2003، وهو متهم آنذاك باخذ خمسة ملايين دولار، والى الآن لم تحسم القضية، وكان الرجل الثاني بعد نوري المالكي في حزب الدعوة، والغريب والمستغرب بعد كل هذا انك ظهرت على الفضائيات وتساءلت أين ذهبت اموال العراق".
واضاف نوري "ان العبادي لايحاسب المفسدين وغير جاد بذلك مستدلا بعدم محاسبة المسؤولين عن هزيمة الموصل والبنك المركزي ومئات الملفات الاخرى الت لم تحسم”.

قتل واصيب تسعة اشخاص، اليوم الاثنين، اثر انفجار سيارة ملغمة كانت مركونة على جانب الطريق وسط بعقوبة بمحافظة ديالى.
مصدر حكومي بتصريح صحفي لموقع اخباري قال ان "سيارة مقخخة انفجرت في شارع (الطابو) وسط بعقوبة، أسفرت عن مقتل امرأة في الحال، وإصابة ثمانية اشخاص بجروح متفاوتة، مشيرا الى ان حالة ثلاثة من المصابين حرجة للغاية".
واوضح المصدر ان "سيارات الاسعاف هرعت لمكان الحادث ونقلت المصابين الى المستشفى القريب لتلقي العلاج، وجثة القتيلة الى دائرة الطب العدلي".

فساد حكومي: جهات حكومية متورطة باستيراد مواد غذائية ولحوم فاسدة
كشفت تقارير صحفية، اليوم الاثنين، عن جرائم جديدة ترتكبها جهات مجهولة مرتبطة بالحكومة الحالية؛ تتمثل باستيراد بضائع غذائية ولحوم منتهية الصلاحية وزجها في الأسواق العراقية.
وأوضحت التقارير أن "الجهات المرتبطة بالمؤسسات الحكومية ما انفكت تستورد مواد غذائية تالفة إلى العراق دون أي رقابة تذكر، لاسيما اللحوم الحمراء والبيضاء، مبينة أن الاسواق العراقية باتت مليئة بمنتجات غير صالحة للاستهلاك البشري".
واضافت التقارير أن "هناك لحومًا حمراء وأخرى بيضاء مجهولة المنشأ تصل الى البلاد بشكل يومي دون أن تمر بالأجهزة الرقابية أو الصحية، مشيرة إلى أن هذه المنتجات التالفة تدر على تلك الجهات ملايين الدولارات في الوقت الذي يكون المواطن البسيط هو الضحية".
وبحسب تأكيدات الخبراء والمراقبين لهذا الشأن؛ فإن "تلك الجهات تقوم بالاتفاق مع مؤسسات حكومية بغرض استيراد المنتجات المذكورة والتي تلقي بالضرر الجسيم على الصحة، لافتة إلى أن المضاعفات الناجمة عنها تؤدي إلى الوفاة".

تدخلات خارجية: الدنمارك ترسل مزيدا من قواتها للعراق
قررت الدانمارك إرسال مائة وعشرين من أفراد قواتها المسلحة إلى العراق، وذلك في إطار مشاركتها في قوّات التحالف الدولي، ما يعني زيادة عدد قوّاتها إلى ثلاثمائة وخمسين جنديًا وااعادة قوات الاحتلال في البلاد.
وبيّنت تقارير صحفية نشرت، اليوم الاثنين، أنه من المقرر أن تصل هذه القوات إلى محافظة الأنبار غربي العراق، بزعم المشاركة في "مهمات التدريب وتقديم الاستشارة" للقوات الحكومية دون المشاركة في العمليات القتالية.
وكانت الدانمارك قد أرسلت مائتين وخمسين جنديًا إلى العراق منذ نهاية سنة 2014 بدعوى المشاركة مع التحالف الدولي الذي تقوده الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وهو ما يعد بمثابة إعادة انتشار لقوات الاحتلال.
الجدير بالذكر؛ أن للدانمارك سرب من الطائرات الحربية من طراز (إف 16) في قاعدة جوية بالكويت، وتشارك في الغارات التي تستهدف العديد من مدن العراق، الأمر الذي يكشف كذب ادعائها بعدم مشاركة قوّاتها في المهام القتالية.

اهمال حكومي: معدل الفقر بالعراق يتجاوز 30% في 2016

رئيس مايعرف بلجنة العمل والشؤون الاجتماعية البرلمانية "صادق المحنا" بتصريح له تناقلته وكالات اخبارية قال إن" معدل الفقر في العراق سيتجاوز الثلاثين بالمائة خلال العام الحالي بسبب سياسة التقشف التي تتبناها الحكومة جراء هبوط أسعار النفط".
وأضاف المحنا أن "معدل البطالة سيرتفع أيضا عن العام الماضي، في ظل توقف تنفيذ مئات المشاريع في مختلف المحافظات".
واشار المحنا الى أن "من أبرز أسباب تفاقم معدلات الفقر والبطالة خلال العام الجاري، استمرار ازدياد حالات النزوح بسبب العمليات العسكرية في شمال وغرب البلاد".

اعتراف حكومي: أكثر من الف مدني اختطفتهم الميليشيات ولايزال مصيرهم مجهولا
اعترفت مصادر في مجلس النوّاب الحالي؛ بأن أكثر من ألف مدني من أهالي محافظة صلاح الدين ما يزال مصيرهم مجهولاً بعدما اختطفتهم الميليشيات الطائفية أثناء اقتحامها لمدن المحافظة في الأشهر الماضية.
ونقلت الأنباء الصحفية اليوم الاثنين، عن تلك المصادر التي وصفتها بـ"المطلعة" قولها إن "هناك مئات العائلات ما تزال بانتظار سماع أخبار تخص أمكان احتجاز أبنائها المعتقلين الذين فقدوا اثناء المعارك العسكرية في مناطق المحافظة، موضحة أن ما يزيد عن ألف مدني في عداد المفقودين لم يُعرف مصيرهم منذ بضعة شهور بعدما احتجزتهم الميليشيات".
هذا وتؤكد تقارير ميدانية أن "ميليشيات مايعرف بالحشد الشعبي ارتكبت في مدن محافظة صلاح الدين ومحافظات عراقية اخرى جرائم ضد الإنسانية وأخرى تندرج تحت مسمى التطهير الطائفي، فضلاً عن الانتهاكات التي مورست تجاه المدنيين وممتلكاتهم من حرق ونهب.

بغداد: العثور على جثث مجهولة الهوية بمناطق متفرقة من العاصمة
عثر على ثلاث جثث مجهولة الهوية، اليوم الاثنين، تعود لرجال قضوا رميا بالرصاص بمناطق متفرقة من العاصمة بغداد التي تشهد انفلاتا امنيا بسبب سيطرة الميليشيات عليها.

اعترفت مايعرف باللجنة المالية النيابية، اليوم الاثنين، ان مساعي الحكومة بالاقتراض الداخلي او الخارجي ستواجه بالفشل على الصعد كافة ولن يتقفذ البلاد من الازمة المالية ووالافلاس المحقق.
عضو لجنة مايعرف بالمالية النيابية "ماجدة التميمي" بتصريح صحفي تداولته وكالات اخبارية إن "مساعي الحكومة بالاقتراض الداخلي او الخارجي ستواجه بالفشل مما سيدفعها لايجاد بديل اخر”، موضحة بأن ”الاقتراض الداخلي سيصطدم بعدم ثقة المواطن العراقي في الحكومة حينما فشلت بحفظ على امواله في المصارف مما جعله يفضل حفظها بالمنازل على المصارف“.
وتابعت التميمي بان "الاقتراض الخارجي سيواجه ارتفاع نسب الفائدة الكبيرة التي ان قبلت بها الحكومة فستشكل خسارة كبيرة ومؤثرة على المستقبل الاقتصادي للبلد”.
واكدت التميمي بان "تصريحات وزير المالية "هوشيار زيباري" بشأن قطع رواتب الموظفين زادت من نسب جرائم السرقة والخطف بشكل كبير".

واسط: القوات الحكومية تعتقل العشرات في حملات دهم وتفتيش في المحافظة
اعتقلت القوات الحكومية، اليوم الاثنين، أكثر من عشرة اشخاص خلال عمليات دهم وتفتيش تعسفية نفذتها في مناطق متفرقة من محافظة الكوت.

اعتراف حكومي: مسؤولون كبار يتسترون على المفسدين ويحمونهم
اعترفت مايعرف باللجنة القانونية البرلمانية، اليوم الاثنين، بوجود متنفذين كبار في المؤسسات الحكومية، يقومون بحماية المفدسين لايستطيع احد ان يحاسبهم او ردعهم لان ذلك يعرضهم للهلاك.
عضو مايعرف باللجنة القانونية النيابية "سليم شوقي" بتصريح صحفي تناقلته وكالات اخبارية قال ان "أغلب الكتل السياسية يوجد بها مفسدين"، مشيرا الى ان "هؤلاء يشكلون جبهة للفساد لايمكن ردعها".
وتابع شوقي انه "على الكتل السياسية ان تحاسب المفدسين في كتلها وعدم التستر عليهم من اجل اصلاح الوضع الاقتصادي في العراق من خلال ارجاع الاموال المسروقة المهربة".

أكد الناطق باسم الجيش الوطني العميد سمير الحاج أن تحرير ميدي "ضربة قوية لميليشيات الحوثي وقوات المخلوع صالح".

وأضاف العميد الحاج أن ميدي كانت من أكبر الشرايين الرئيسية المغذية للحوثيين بالأسلحة والمعدات والأموال التي تأتي من إيران.

وكانت قوات الجيش الوطني والمقاومة الشعبية تمكنت، قبل أيام قليل، من تحرير ساحل ميدي بحجة، من قبضة ميليشيا الحوثي وصالح.

وأشار الحاج إلى أن هناك عناصر إيرانية وعراقية ولبنانية متورطة مع الحوثيين في إطلاق الصواريخ على الأراضي السعودية، وأن بعض هذه العناصر لا تتحدث اللغة العربية وتم قتلهم في ساحات المعارك.

وتؤكد تصريحات ناطق الجيش معلومات نشرها "المصدر أونلاين" عن " شاهد عيان يروي لـ"المصدر أونلاين" تفاصيل إطلاق الحوثيين صاروخ بالستي من الأزرقين باتجاه السعودية " بمشاركة خبراء لم يكونوا يمنيين ولا يتحدثون اللغة العربية، بحسب الشاهد".

وأكد الحاج في تصريحات لـ «عكاظ» السعودية، أن صالح والحوثي يعتبران هدفا للجيش الوطني، إما أحياء لمحاكمتهما، أو قتلهما في ساحة المعركة.

وأشار ناطق الجيش الوطني، إلى أن تفكك الجيش الأصلي ونهب أسلحته بالكامل كان عاملا مؤثرا وصعبا في الحرب ما يتطلب إعادة الجيش والذي بدأ تكوينه تدريجيا خلال الأشهر الماضية مع ضم المقاومة الشعبية تحت لواء الجيش.

وعن الاغتيالات التي طالت العديد من القيادات لقوات التحالف والحكومة في عدن قال الحاج إن هناك نقصا في تجهيز وتأهيل الأجهزة الأمنية وإعداد قدرات أمنية جديدة، ما أدى إلى كثرة الاغتيالات سواء من الحركات الإرهابية أو بقايا المخلوع صالح.
