مجزرة مروعة في درعا البلد راج ضحيتها أكثر من 25 شهيدا وعشرات الجرحى بينهم حالات خطيرة جراء غارة من الطيران الحربي استهدف منازل المدنيين، ورداً على المجزرة استهدف الثوار بقذائف الهاون الثقيل معاقل الاسد في درعا المحطة وتم تحقيق إصابات مباشرة وقتل العديد من الجنود ، إلا أن قذيفة سقطت بالخطأ على منطقة مكتظة بالسكان المدنيين مما أدى لسقوط شهداء وجرحى في صفوفهم ، كما استمرت المعارك لليوم الثاني على التوالي بمحيط بلدة وكتيبة جدية بين الثوار وقوات الأسد حيث كثف طيران الأسد المروحي إلقاء براميله المتفجرة على المدن والبلدات المحيطة بها ، حيث سقط اكثر من 11 براميلا متفجرا على مدينة انخل ، وأيضا سقطت براميل على مدينة الشيخ مسكين وبلدات بصر الحرير وسملين و ام العوسج و قرية كوم قرا و على تل الحارة و احياء درعا البلد، وأيضا تعرضت قرية مسيكة بمنطقة اللجاة لغارة جوية وسقط على منازلها برميلا متفجرا، كما تعرضت بلدات ابطع و عتمان و سملينو الكرك الشرقي و أم المياذن و اليادودة ومدينة طفس و مخيم درعا و أحياء درعا البلد و الأراضي الزراعية لمدينة الحارة لقصف مدفعي وصاروخي من قبل قوات الأسد.

الطيران الحربي إستهدف بلدة الهجة بغارة جوية، والطيران المروحي ألقى براميل متفجرة على بلدة ام باطنة.

سمع دوي انفجار تلاه اطلاق نار ظهر اليوم تبين انه ناجم عن انفجار سياره مفخخة مركونه استهدفت دورية لعناصر الآشايس في حي مشيرفة و اشارت مصادر مطلعه الى مقتل ثلاث عناصر وجرح اخرين ، من جانب آخر نشرت مصادر مقربة من تنظيم الدولة الاسلامية عبر وسائل التواصل اسم لمنفذ العملية ويدعى (أبو ذرالأنصاري ) ولم يتبنى التنظيم بشكل رسمي العملية ، ومن جهة أخرى فقد وقع انفجار قرب مقر قوات "الاسايش " بحي تل حجر تبعه إطلاق نار كثيف، ، كما استهدف تنظيم الدولة مواقع قوات الحماية الشعبية داخل بلدة تل تمر بقذائف الهاون و صواريخ الكاتيوشا، و قامت طائرات الأسد بقصف محيط بلدة الهول بالبراميل المتفجرة و إستهدفت المنطقة بالرشاشات الثقيلة , وسط قصف مدفعي لقوات الأسد إستهدف الريف الجنوبي لمدينة الحسكة.

وذكر المقال أن الهجمات الجوية التي تقودها السعودية تطرح تساؤلات حول الكيفية التي ستتعامل من خلالها الرياض مع ما ستحمله الأيام القادمة من تطورات، وما مدى استعدادها للتقدم في المعركة، وقبل هذا وذاك ما هي درجة تحمّلها لمخاطر قبولها شن حرب على عدو مسلح ومدرب جيداً، يحظى بدعم إيراني.
أمام هذا الوضع، يشير المقال، يتعيّن على الرياض اتخاذ القرار بشأن توجيه الضربات لصد المقاتلين الحوثيين، الذين استولوا على الجزء الأكبر من اليمن، وذلك إما بردع أي محاولة لهم لتنفيذ هجمات داخل المملكة، أو شن حملة عسكرية واسعة النطاق لإزاحتهم وإضعافهم بشكل كبير، أملاً في استعادة حكومة الرئيس هادي للسيطرة على البلاد بشكل تدريجي.
وأضاف المقال، في هذا الصدد، أن اتخاذ هذا القرار يشكل أكبر تحدٍ يواجه العاهل السعودي، الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز، منذ توليه الحكم، قبل ثلاثة أشهر.
وأضاف المقال أنه في حال اكتفاء الرياض باستراتيجية محدودة لاحتواء الأوضاع، فإن ذلك سيدخل اليمن بشكل أعمق في دوامة الحرب الأهلية، ما سيخوّل مليشيا الحوثيين، الذين تدعمهم إيران، اكتساب المزيد من النفوذ.
في المقابل، أشار المقال إلى أنه من الوارد أن تمتد عملية "عاصفة الحزم" لتشمل تدخلاً بريّاً، رغم ما ينطوي عليه ذلك من مخاطر.
