By the end of Monday, LCC were able to document 69 martyrs including 8 children and 4 women and 1 martyr under torture: 23 martyrs were reported in Daraa, 16 in Damascus and its suburbs, 14 in Idlib, 10 in Aleppo, 2 in Hama, 2 in DeirEzzor and 2 in Homs

In a related context, LCC documented 9 air strikes at Syria that were focused at DeirEzzor province.
There were 7 night-time air strikes by the International Coalition at Deir Ezzor: 2 at the Tawoos mountain in Shmetiyeh, 2 others at the Salt Mine in the Tabny town. In Khareta area, there was 1 air strike and another one at ISIS' Guiding Unit in Zgheer AlSham village.
In the town of Sour, the coalition air combats targeted positions of ISIS whereas in Raqqa, the coalitions targeted Tabaqa city with 2 air strikes

مع انتهاء يوم الإثنين استطاعت لجان التنسيق توثيق تسعة و ستين شهيدا بينهم ثمانية أطفال و أربع سيدات:
ثلاثة و عشرون شهيدا في درعا، ستة عشر شهيدا في دمشق وريفها، أربعة عشر شهيدا في إدلب، عشرة شهداء في حلب، شهيدين في حماه، شهيدين في ديرالزور و شهيدين في حمص

Dans un contexte similaire, LCC documenté 9 frappes aériennes à la Syrie qui ont été porté à la province de DeirEzzor.
Il y avait 7 frappes nocturnes aériennes de la coalition internationale à DeirEzzor: 2 à la montagne Tawoos dans Shmetiyeh, 2 autres à la mine de sel dans la ville Tabny. Dans la zone Khareta, il y avait une grève de l'air et un autre à l'Unité de guidage ISIS dans le village Zgheer Alsham.
Dans la ville de Sour, l'air de la coalition combat postes ciblés de ISIS alors à Raqqa, les coalitions Tabaqa ville ciblés avec 2 frappes aériennes

*محافظة دمشق:
- أحبط مقاتلو القيادة العامة للغوطة عملية اقتحام لقوات الأسد على جبهة حي جوبر شرقي دمشق وأوقعوا 12 جنديًّا خلال الاشتباكات.

*محافظة ريف دمشق:
- اندلعت اشتباكات عنيفة على طول المتحلق الجنوبي من جهة زملكا و حي جوبر و عربين و حرستا يتخللها قصف من مدفعية قاسيون تستهدف أطراف المتحلق من جهة تلك المناطق.
- شن الطيران الحربي منذ صباح اليوم ست غارات عنيفة بصواريخ فراغية على مدينة عربين المحاذية لمدينة زملكا .

*محافظة درعا:
- أعلنت عدة ألوية وكتائب منها: الجبهة الإسلامية، وفرقة الحمزة، وجبهة ثوار سوريا، ولواء المهاجرين والأنصار، لواء ذو النورين، وفصائل أخرى صباح اليوم عن بدء معركة "لبيك اللهم لبيك" لتحرير (بلدة أم العوسج - بلدة زمرين - تل زمرين الغربي - تل زمرين الشمالي - الحاجز الرباعي - قرية جدية - كتيبة جدية - مزرعة حمادة)".
- تمكن الثوار من تحرير بلدتَيْ أم العوسج وزمرين والتلين الغربي والشمالي والحاجز الرباعي، فيما لا زالت المعارك مستمرة لتحرير بلدة وكتيبة جدية ومزرعة حمادة.
- وصل ما يقارب 30 جثة لعناصر قوات الأسد لمدينة الصنمين جراء المعارك الدائرة في ريف درعا الشمالي والشمالي الغربي اليوم.
- دارت اشتباكات عنيفة تدور في السهول القريبة لبلدة اليادودة في ريف درعا بين الثوار وقوات الأسد.
- أعلنت شبكة أخبار اليادودة، اليوم الاثنين، أنّ القائد العام لألوية أبابيل حوران، مزيد إبراهيم جباوي، والملقّب إسكندر التمر، استُشهِد في بلدة زمرين بريف درعا، إضافة إلى عشرة من عناصره؛ ضمن معركة "لبيك اللهم لبيك".
- استشهد ستة أشخاص وجُرح آخرون؛ جرّاء إلقاء الطيران المروحيّ البراميل المتفجّرة على بلدة نمر بريف درعا.

* محافظة اللاذقية:
واصل ثوّار معركة صدى القصاص، اليوم الاثنين، دكّ مراكز الشبيحة داخل مدينة اللاذقية بصواريخ غراد؛ ما خلّف انفجارات ضخمة، واستهدف الصاروخ الأول شبّيحة ضاحية تشرين، بينما استهدف الثاني منطقة بسنادا.
- تمّ العثور على عشرات الجثث العائدة لقوات الأسد الذين قتلوا خلال المعارك التي دارت على محور دورين قبيل انسحاب ما تبقى منهم تحت ضربات ثوار "صدى القصاص".
- دمر مقاتلو لواء العاديات في الساحل السوري اليوم الاثنين دبابة لقوات الأسد إثر استهداف حاجز خزان تلا في ريف اللاذقية بصاروخ ‫‏تاو.

*محافظة حماة:
- نفذ الطيران الحربي غارات جوية على ( مدينة اللطامنة - مدينة كفرزيتا - مدينة مورك - قرية الصياد قرية لحايا - قرية معركبة)، وسط قصف مدفعي على مدينة اللطامنة ما أدى لارتقاء شهيدة وسقوط عدد من الجرحى.

*محافظة حلب:
- استعاد مقاتلو الجبهة الإسلامية بالاشتراك مع جيش المهاجرين والأنصار، وجيش المجاهدين، وحركة حزم السيطرة الكاملة على بلدة حندرات في هجومٍ مضاد على قوات الأسد قتلوا خلالها العديد من الجنود، إضافةً إلى تدمير دبابة و مدفع من عيار 57، واغتنام دبابتين t62، ومدفع 23.
- أعلنت جبهة أنصار الدين سيطرتها على مبنى مدرسة دار الأيتام في محيط المخابرات الجوية في حلب وقطع طريق الإمداد إلى الفرع عقب اشتباكات ضارية مع قوات الأسد.
- دارت اشتباكات ضارية في منطقة السويقة، قرب قلعة حلب الأثرية وعلى أطراف حيي ميسلون وسليمان الحلبي تمكن خلالها الثوار من الجبهة الإسلامية من قتل خمسة عناصر من قوات الأسد وأسر آخرين.
- أعلن جيش المجاهدين مقتل عنصرين من قوات الأسد في ساحة الجديدة بحلب القديمة إثر اشتباكات في منتصف الليل.
- أعلن لواء شهداء بدر عن مقتل 30 جنديًّا خلال التصدي لمحاولة قوات الأسد التقدم لاقتحام حي الخالدية في مدينة حلب بينهم ضابط برتبة نقيب، وفقًا للموقع الرسمي.
- شهدت أحياء ميسلون وسليمان الحلبي وثكنة هنانو اشتباكات عنيفة باﻷسلحة الثقيلة والمتوسطة بين الثوار وقوات الأسد، بالتزامن مع قصف كثيف.
- دمر مقاتلو الفرقة الـ 16 التابعة للواء شهداء بدر تحصينات ومباني قوات الأسد في حي الأشرافية في حلب، في هجومٍ بقذائف مدفع جهنم.
- دمّرت حركة نور الدين الزنكيّ، اليوم الاثنين، حافلتين لقوّات الأسد والميليشيات العراقيّة كانتا متجهتين نحو جبهة البحوث العلمية في حيّ الراشدين بمدينة حلب، خلال المعارك العنيفة بالأسلحة الثقيلة والمتوسطة التي اندلعت في الحيّ اليوم.
- دمّرت حركة نور الدين الزنكيّ، مبنًى لقوّات الأسد على أطراف ثكنة البحوث العلمية في حيّ الراشدين بمدينة حلب، بعد استهدافه بقذائف مدفع جهنم؛ ما أسفر عن مقتل من فيه من الجنود.
- دارت اشتباكات عنيفة بين مقاتلي الجبهة الإسلامية وقوات الأسد قرب القصر العدليّ بمدينة حلب القديمة.
- أعلنت حركة فجر الشام الإسلامية التابعة لجبهة أنصار الدين، اليوم الاثنين، بأنّها أعطبت سيّارة لقوات الأسد قُرب معمل الحديد في حيّ الشيخ سعيد بمدينة حلب، وقنصت جنديّاً على جبهة عزيزة جنوبي حلب.
- استشهد شخص في حي البياضة، بعد استهدافه من قبل قناص قوات الأسد في قلعة حلب.
- استهدفت دبابات قوات الأسد أحياء كرم الجبل، وقارلق، وسليمان الحلبي، في حين شهدت المناطق المحيطة بمطار النيرب العسكري، اشتباكات وقصفًا متبادلًا على مواقع الطرفين.
- واصل تنظيم "الدولة"، اليوم الاثنين، تقدمه في مدينة عين العرب بريف حلب الشماليّ، حيث شنّ هجومًا جديدًا على مواقع الأحزاب الكرديّة من الجهة الشرقيّة للمدينة، أسفرت عن مقتل عدّة عناصر من التنظيم، وآخرين أكراد.



* Damascus Governorate:

ـــ في رابع حادث خلال 24 ساعة.. مقتل وإصابة (8) أشخاص بانفجار عبوة ناسفة جنوب غربي بغداد
قتل مدنيان أحدهما طفل، وأصيب ستة آخرون بجروح مختلفة؛ نتيجة انفجار عبوة ناسفة اليوم الأحد قرب متنزه يتجمع فيه المواطنون احتفالاً بالعيد جنوبي غربي العاصمة بغداد، في رابع حادث يقع منذ يوم أمس.
ونسب إلى مصادر وصفتها بالأمنية قولها؛ إن العبوة التي كانت موضوعة قرب متنزه شعبي في (حي الجهاد) جنوب غربي بغداد، ما تسبب بمقتل رجل وطفل في الحال، فضلاً عن إصابة ستة آخرين منهم أربعة أطفال بجروح إلى جانب الأضرار المادية التي نجمت عن ذلك.
إلى ذلك؛ أكدت تقارير محليّة تورط أفراد الميليشيات الطائفية والأجهزة الحكومية في هذا التفجير الذي يعد استكمالاً لسلسة استهداف المدنيين التي دأبت عليها هذه العصابات، بغية تمرير مخططات تهدف إلى إجراء تغيير ديموغرافي في مناطق متعددة من العراق.
وكان (28) شخصًا قد سقطوا بين قتيل وجريح يوم أمس في ثلاث تفجيرات بعبوات ناسفة ضربت منطقتي (الصدر) و(الغزالية) شرقي وغربي بغداد، وسبق ذلك مقتل وإصابة (15) شخصًا في سقوط قذائف هاون على اطراف العاصمة الشمالية والجنوبية.

وأوضح البنتاجون أن الشركة ستوفر نظام واحد من (ScanEagle). وهذه الصفقة تتضمن تسع طائرات بدون طيار كهربائية وضوئية وثلاث منصات بالأشعة تحت الحمراء.

وأضاف البنتاجون: “سوف يتم تنفيذ 50 بالمائة من العمل في واشنطن و50 بالمائة في صنعاء. ومن المتوقع أن يكتمل العمل في سبتمبر عام 2015″.

ادفار مصر :دعا سفراء الدول الـ10 الراعية لـ”المبادة الخليجية” باليمن، إلى الإسراع في تعيين رئيس للحكومة تنطبق عليه المعايير المحددة في اتفاق السلم والشراكة الموقع مع جماعة أنصار الله “الحوثي”، الشهر الماضي.

وقال سفراء تلك الدول، في بيان لهم اليوم الأحد، إنهم يحثون على تعيين رئيس للحكومة، ليتم استكمال تنفيذ الخطوات التالية في اتفاق السلم والشراكة، والتي من ضمنها “إزالة جميع نقاط التفتيش والمخيمات غير النظامية”.

وتطوق المخيمات المسلحة الخاصة بجماعة الحوثي العاصمة صنعاء، منذ أغسطس الماضي، فيما أحكم المسلحون الحوثيون قبضتهم على العاصمة منذ 21 من شهر سبتمبر الماضي، وفرضوا سيطرتهم على مقرات سيادية للحكومة ومواقع عسكرية مختلفة، ونصبوا نقاط تفتيش خاصة بهم.

ووقع الرئيس اليمني، عبد ربه منصور هادي، والأحزاب السياسية، على اتفاق “السلم والشراكة” مع الحوثيين، الشهر الماضي، ونص الاتفاق على تعيين رئيس حكومة مستقل ومستشار للرئيس من جماعة الحوثي وإشراكهم في الحكومة المقبلة.

جاء ذلك في بيان مشترك اصدره سفراء مجموعة الدول العشر المعتمدون بصنعاء امس .. وفي مايلي نص البيان :

إذ يرحب سفراء مجموعة الدول العشر باتفاق السلم والشراكة الوطنية الموقع في 21 سبتمبر الماضي.. فانهم يؤكدون انه من الضروري أن يتم تنفيذ هذا اﻻتفاق بشكل كامل، بأسرع وقت ممكن وبحكمة .

يؤمن سفراء مجموعة الدول العشر بأن اتفاق السلم والشراكة الوطنية يتوافق بشكل كامل مع مبادرة مجلس التعاون الخليجي واليتها التنفيذية .

ويقدم اﻻتفاق جنبا إلى جنب مع مخرجات مؤتمر الحوار الوطني وقرارات مجلس اﻷمن ذات الصلة خارطة الطريق واﻹرشادات لتحقيق السلم في اليمن .

ويحث سفراء مجموعة الدول العشر على اﻹسراع في تعيين رئيس وزراء تنطبق عليه المعايير المحددة في اتفاق السلم والشراكة الوطنية وذلك ليتم استكمال تنفيذ الخطوات التالية في اﻻتفاق والتي من ضمنها إزالة جميع نقاط التفتيش والمخيمات غير النظامية .

يؤكد سفراء مجموعة الدول العشر مواصلة دعمهم للرئيس عبدربه منصور هادي وتنفيذ هذه الخطوات من أجل سلم ورفاه جميع اليمنيين.
